I have a primary dentist but visited London Bridge Smiles for a specific product that they carry that my dentist does not. From the first phone call I got an uneasy feeling about them. I called to inquiry if the product was possible under a very specific set of circumstances – a very clear yes or no answer. The receptionist was very lackadaisical and said I would have to come in. I thought his was odd because it is a very clear yes or no but I scheduled the appointment anyway. Second warning flag – they charge you to hold your appointment over the phone! I really hesitated on this one. What medical practice does that? Again, I reluctantly paid. Arrived 15 minutes early to fill out the excessive paperwork for a simple yes or no question and inquiry into cost. I informed the receptionist that I would not be filing insurance and was simply there for cost and probability. 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time they came up and said they wanted to take a picture of me – I declined again stating I simply wanted to ask a question and get a cost estimate. The receptionist flippantly said oooooook as if I was not allowed to decline. Finally, I was called at which time the first hygienist stated I needed x-rays. I declined stating I was just here (all together now) to ask a question and a cost estimate. She looked shocked. I told her that I had x-rays and more advanced imagery done that I could send over if I decided to use their office. Waiting for the doctor to come in – the lady who originally scheduled the appointment came in and said they could not let the doctor come in without x-rays. You read that right – the receptionist dictates what the doctor does. Mind you, nowhere on their site does it say anything is required outside an “impression”. Nowhere on ANY other site, including the manufactures site, does it say it is anything more than an impression. At that point I was extremely irritable at the fact that I had taken time off work, paid 29 dollars, had to explain myself 5 times, and deal with flippant attitudes. It also become evident that they have a set agenda and the patient has no voice in the matter. I got up and left. I could hear the receptionist make a comment about me to the other 6 people at the front desk, again solidifying the environment of the office. I am sure there is a reason for their protocol but they should clearly advertise that on their website and on the call. I would have surely saved myself the time, effort and frustration.

I do not understand how others here do not understand that you get what you pay for and that having insurance can typically lighten your financial burden. This is coming from a lady who had no dental insurance when I went to London Bridge Smiles and was only in the process of getting it (waiting period). If you are looking for el-cheapo then you should not step into any dentists office regardless of their qualifications and experience. Its sad to see people complaining about price when they can negotiate or simply go elsewhere or do nothing. With that out of the way, here is my honest review of London Bridge Smiles. I had a vicious pain on the entire left side of my mouth, top and bottom quadrants. I only knew of a problem with a cracked upper wisdom tooth but was shown to also have a cavity but the pain traveled and was so horrible I was in tears and went to the ER on a Sunday night. On Monday I was able to see Dr. Kessler. He and his entire staff were professional, honest and communicative from the moment I stepped in the door to the time I left. I have to get wisdom teeth pulled but they referred me to a good doctor and dentist who will do so and after the pain dies down after that, maybe I can finally get my crooked smile the attention it deserves. This place is in a good location, their rates are comparable if not better than others, and most importantly the staff is top notch and knowledgeable. The office itself is modern and comfortable for you and anyone who may be waiting for you as well. Dont forget, you get what you pay for, hopefully you choose well!

I was referred to Dr. Tiffany about 6 months ago by a good friend of mine. He knew I had terrible experiences with dentists in the past and was terrified to go back. I didnt go at first. In fact I waited until I had a broken tooth that was severely infected and I was in so much pain I couldnt concentrate. He called them for me, talked with the the wonderful Christine and luckily they were able to see me right away. Christine greeted me as I came in as if I was the only person she was expecting. She and Brandy calmed my nerves and Dr. Tiffany focused on getting me out of pain gently. And she did!! She pulled no punches in telling me I had waited too long and that it was dangerous to wait even longer. She was knowledgeable and matter-of-fact, but still gentle and compassionate. I have had a lot of work done since and she has been nothing but wonderful. I have no fear when I show up and that is a FIRST in my 39 years! I have since referred 4 people and will continue to do so. The staff is amazing from scheduling, billing, hygiene, assisting, etc - it is a professional, well-run office. I love Christine, Cathy, Mary, Brandy, Mikele, all 3 doctors - EVERYONE. Thank you Dr. Tiffany and Staff!

Ive been going to London Bridge Smiles for about 6 years now. In that time, Ive gotten Invisalign, moved my 3 older girls to this office from a different dental practice and now one of my girls has braces and sees Dr. Alan. All of the staff treats you like youre family. I had my 4th baby girl a little over 4 years ago (who also goes here now) and when I had an almost 2 hour procedure (twice) being done in the office and had to bring her along they had no problem keeping her busy and making sure she was taken of! I dont know of any other office that would do that for me and my daughter, they have seen her grow up these last 4 years, she loves them all! Dr. Kessler stands behind his work, hes honest, and makes sure anything he does is guaranteed! I had an issue with my mouth guard, fixed no worries. If something doesnt feel right after a procedure, he sees me and tries to make it right. I cant thank them enough for all that they have done for me and my family. I recommend them to anyone looking for a dental office to call home. I tell everyone about this office and if they do go, I always get great feedback and thank yous for recommending them! Keep up the great job!

When one of my (very old) fillings worked lose, they were able to see me right away. It was discovered that my tooth was actually cracked and was in need of a root canal. Once the root canal was finished, I was fitted with a temporary crown while I waited for the permanent crown to come in. Since I had this crack in my tooth, there was concern that a crown may not be suitable. It was decided to wait extra time to make sure all my problems were corrected. For whatever reason, the office was closed during the time frame they wanted to hear from me to check on tooth. Dr. Emily texted me on what I assume was her free time to see how I was doing. We exchanged texts for a couple of days. I am very impressed with the level of genuine concern from Dr. Emily. Additionally, the dental hygienist and receptionist were equally warm and friendly. I really feel like they all care more on a personal level rather than from a self preservation aspect.
