Absolutely amazing!!!! From the first phone conversation to the actual appointment I must say I had a wonderful experience. The business staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, they truly care about each and every patient and want to help no matter what. I was able to get scheduled fast and my insurance was even verified prior to my appointment. There were no financial surprises and the cost was so reasonably. The clinical staff and Dr. Fernandez were awesome! They were fun to be around, very helpful, and super friendly. I honestly had a flawless experience! I was absolutely pleased with this entire practice. Everyone is so knowledgeable and they dont give you the run around. Dr. Fernandez has very gentle hands. i was terrified of people touching my teeth but my tooth extraction was the most comfortable procedure ever. I will definitely be coming back.
