Ive had dental issues my entire life because of severe reflux and digestive problems that caused major damage to my teeth. I was referred to Mary Lewis by an Online 24 hour Emergency dental service, after waking up with severe pain from a root canal done improperly by another dentist a few months prior. When I called the office, the person on the phone was so kind. Although I was late, the person up front assured me it was no problem, and she would make sure I wouldnt have a long wait, and it wasnt long at all. I was seen almost immediately. Even the dental assistant was extremely helpful and professional. Everyone in the dental office was so gracious. As if that wasnt enough, the dentist was extremely kind and put me at ease about my many dental issues. After xrays were taken very quickly with the state of the art equipment, she came up with a plan to fix my problems over time so that it wouldnt be such a financial burden. They followed up with me right after and called to make sure the pain wasnt getting worse and if I needed anything. I would definitely recommend this dentist, and I will continue to go there and refer my family and friends also.

Could not sleep all night due to severe tooth pain. I called 1-800-Dentist at 5 am to find an emergency dentist. I accepted an appointment for 8am, 3 hrs later. I arrived and filled out a short questioneer. I was in a room within 10 minutes. The staff was very professional and empathetic. Dr. Mary Lewis was nothing short of amazing. She viewed my x- rays and gave me 2 options. I chose the extraction. I was properly numed and didnt feel a thing. The back molar was out within 3 to 4 minutes! I was out the door in less than 2 hrs. I highly recommend her to anyone that has a phobla of dentists

I was so pleasantly surprised at how genuinely kind and helpful each person at the office was during my visit yesterday. I HATE getting my teeth cleaned and feel like its a invasion of my privacy and always awkward but the ladies that helped me were nothing but wonderful. The receptionist was delightful and helpful over the phone and in person, the hygienist was kind and careful, and Dr. Lewis communicated with me so well and was enjoyable to be around. Thank you to everyone at the office for making going to the dentist an enjoyable experience for me I am quite impressed.

Dr. Mary Lewis and her team run a very sensitive and caring operation where all of her patients are treated like family. Dr. Lewis cares deeply about her patients and strives to make sure that all of her patients are content with their smile and the overall health of their teeth. Ive never had a better dental experience than with Dr. Lewis, she has a very personalized way of treating her patients that you wont find anywhere else in Virginia Beach.

Such a lovely staff. Dr. Mary Lewis and the staff are always so welcoming and make me and my kiddos feel extremely comfortable. I love how the staff explains so clearly to my kiddos what is going on with their dental health and the importance of taking care of their smiles. By far the best dentist office youll visit! I had a lot of tooth pain one day and they were able to have me come in first thing in the morning. I was so relieved after coming to this office. The staff is very friendly and they have the cutest therapy dog! I highly recommend Dr Mary Lewis office!
