They were fantastic. I lost my glasses while on vacation while swimming. They were really nice, fast, even gave us directions to a place to get the prescription made. They were both kind and polite and knew what they were doing.

I agree with last review, the woman at front desk is very rude, i noticed it on first visit, but got through it. Called again to ask questions about contacts, very confrontational, not friendly, I will never go back,

Very bad customer service at the front desk extremely terrible will never go back ever...nothing but disgusting attitude every time after 3 strikes your out !!!!!!!!!!
