Dr. Jessica Reiniger is the mold of what other doctors should strive to be. The same goes for the staff they have assembled to be part of their team and provide incredible service, accommodations, range of services provided, care, compassion... they are the mom and pop feel we all want fused with a wealth of medical knowledge and (to slight surprise) all of the top equipment youd need for routine eye care. My grandfather had gone there for many, many years, probably over 15 or 20 years. He had developed Alzheimers Disease and other secondary issues, that were all taken into account when the staff would call to set up appointments for him. Every single time we went for an appointment, they talked to HIM, they told him what they were going to be doing step-by-step, as any medical professional should do when dealing with ANY client with this disease. They never spoke over him, or spoke to me instead of him. They would greet him like they knew him, they would ask him questions, then slyly sneak a peek my way so I could give them the answers they needed. They always took the time to listen to the "answers" he would give whether it was how his health was or about all of the wild activities he told them stories about. They even would accommodate him and let us use their private entrance because it was a much easier walk for him to get out of the building. That is the only piece to work on, I will say that there is a big pine tree of some sort in the front of the building at the sidewalk that actually makes it difficult to get around, and there is no railing to get up that first step. I think the office may have even sent us a card upon his passing. Dr. Reiniger always took the time to go over his entire medical history, she would ask us about how things were going medically BEYOND just his eye health, and she very often shared advice and understanding. Many times the things we would talk about, she would follow up on at our next visit. They are 100% the best place I could ever recommend anyone go to that needs eye care. They have new technology, they have a rotation through a service that they "get" certain pieces of equipment for their office for a small period of time that is very advanced. I would like to thank them from the bottom of my heart for the way they treated my grandfather while he came to them for eye care. Superb group of individuals.

Dr Reiniger was great with my 3yr old son when she saw him for his first eye exam. She was very patient and reassuring with him. The office staff was also very friendly and helpful. We look forward to returning for our next exams.
