I went into the walk in clinic last Thursday with severe flank pain and a fever of 101.5. I thought I had a kidney infection which I told the receptionist when I was checking in. They had me give a urine sample and when I was finally seen by Dr. Victor Harris he asked how many times I have had this (I thought he was talking about kidney infection) which I have had several before. He said "no kidney stones". Well he gave me a script for pain and ordered a CT scan for me to have done. The next morning I went and had my CT scan done all the while Im having major pain and fevers. When I finally got the results on Saturday it turned out there were no kidney stones! I knew something was wrong. I checked myself into the ER and ended up being hospitalized for four days! I had a UTI, kidney infection, sepsis, low potassium and a high white blood cell count. I am very upset with my visit to this clicic and will not be going back. I was obviously mis diagnosed. Their solution to the first CT scan was they wanted me to get another CT scan but I had to wait until around the end if the month due to my insurance. I could have died from the sepsis if I waited any longer like they wanted me to!!

I love my Doctor Susan MacDonald. She is always booked out for weeks so if Im sick I usually go to walk in clinic. Thier providers are also excellent. Today however, I needed to speak with the doctor on call and spoke with a doctor Komoro (sp?). She was rude and short and actually hung up on me in the middle of a question. Giving her the benefit of the doubt, if the call dropped, she never called me back. I called Franciscan Virtual Urgent care (right up the street from Sound in Bonney Lake). They were prompt and courteous and called in the needed prescription right away. The same urgent prescription Dr. McDonald has called in for me as needed in the past. Dr. Komoro also treated my niece for her pregnancy and was terribly rude and mean to her, straight up asking her why shes so fat. She has no bedside manner. My niece did gain like 40lb insured of the textbook 25, but she told her she was harming her baby and shamed her regularly. I didnt think this woman represents what my experience of Sound family medicine has been. I think its time for me and my whole family to switch clinics.

I have not seen the same provider regularly over the last several years (since 2002), but I will say that Sonya Cottrell, PA is the best. I saw her regularly over a two year period and only experienced thorough care and attention with her. With that said, their communication from the back room is lacking in efficiency--getting referrals, medical records, pathology reports, pharmacy prescriptions sent to wrong place, etc. And recently I have just felt like I have been given the run around in getting a pathology report. Ready to change Drs after two of these events already in the past 3 months, the earlier one being that they sent me a referral for tests for an ultrasound center last October that was closed the day they sent me there. There was no way to reach them by phone after the fact because their phone loop never got through to a real person. Meanwhile I was driving around in pain. Would rather more personal attentive care--logistics matter, and organization matters.

I wish I could give one star. The only people helpful at the people Im the call center that dont even work at this location. Evey time I go in I am rudley greeted by the front desk girl. I dont know her name but she has red hair and Id there all the time. She is very rude in the way she speaks to you and stuck up. On several occasions when I make later in the say appointments I have waited over an hour from my original appointment to be seen. One time I was even forgotten about In the patient room. And they started cleaning up. I would never go back.l of it wasnt 5 min from my house. Both Dr Ive had have been rude and always in a hurry to get done with the appointment. These people dont care about youre experience or health they just like to argue!

We rushed to get my daughter to this clinic. We arrived at 6:45. the Hours posted on the door say open until 7pm. But the door was locked. I knocked to see if there was another clinic nearby and we were sent to their other clinic on first hill, we got their 30 mins. before they closed and from their attitude it was obvious they didnt want to deal with this case so close to closing. So of to emergency we went, a lot of wasted time, while my daughter was in pain. I guess the Hippocratic oath doesnt apply when it gets to near to closing time. I would suggest to all that if you have an emergency that if its an hour before closing at one of these clinics its better to head straight to the hospital emergency.

Very different experiences at different times. Some grest others horrible. Great experiences with Nina Chelan and others. Problem is their handful of fantastic docs get booked so far in advance that if you walk in or book a couple weeks out, its a crap shoot. The worst was when I went in for me and had my 5 year old daughter with me when I saw Dr. Kolomoro (sp). She looked at my daughter curiously and said to me referring to my daughter "Down syndrome?" REALLY?! NO! I got placed with her again as a walk in with neck and shoulder pain. Instead of a prescription for massage or therapy she said it was my employers fault and have them change the counters. Left with NO solutions to my pain at all, waisted time.

Had an appointment at 10:15. At 10:35 I asked the receptionist when I would be called back. She informed me there were still 2 people ahead of me. I scheduled the appt a week ago. I left in tears because I cant wait for two hours. I would have gone to the walk in clinic a week ago if I wanted to wait for two hours. I wont be going back. Update: left a detailed message with the "patient advocate" like it says in every response to bad google review. Three days later, still havent heard back. This "doctors" office is essentially a walk in clinic. If you have an appointment you will likely wait longer than the patients using the walk in clinic. Not sure why they even schedule anyone.

I was very pleased with my service the other day. I checked in and waited about 10 minutes until I was brought back, and then after the MA did all her questioning I waited about 10 minutes before the doctor came in. Dr. Allen listened to everything I had to say and was very proactive in getting me the appropriate medications and explained everything well. I was sent downstairs for a chest X-ray and by the time I left the building it had been an hour and 20 minutes total. I had seen so many negative reviews I was worried for my first time in the walk in clinic but I was pleasantly surprised and happy I went.
