The doctors are nice and some sleep technicians are nice but administration needs some help, seriously. I left so many complaints and finally decided Im going else where. If your in need of your records, additional paper work, paper work for insurance, or schedule anything other than a just a normal doctors appointment you will literally have to call and file a complaint with a manager to get things to start moving things along. For being such a great school and known medical facility this is very disappointing and very unacceptable!
