Worst office Ive ever been to and I have family throughout the medical field in multiple areas. Ive never had such miscommunication and scheduling errors. Forced to give a date for an appt without proper confirmation on the time & date. They then will call you after missing the appt. they decided to schedule inconveniently for you. After even rescheduling and confirming I could meet with a different doctor than the original, I come in for the appt I changed my schedule around for to only be told that wasnt so, after getting blood pressure and waiting to be seen. If you truly care about your employees and taking care of their injuries with a professional this is not the place. I would never in my life come back here if I did not have to because of work. Even after complaining to them and rechecking my schedule for a time I could fit it in, I came back to hear the employees talking about me in hr back room. You should be able to confidently trust your medical professionals in my opinion. Otherwise who are they benefiting, only themselves.

Very busy place, but provides good care, My experiences with Sabrina up front have always been very good, and Dr. Lozano is straight to the point, and communicates very well. Hillevive, the PT does an outstanding job and I feel satisfied knowing that my recovery is on the right track. Ive never gotten the feeling that Hillevive or Dr. Lozano has had anything other than my best interests in mind when dealing with them. The place does get a bit scattered as they are very busy, and they may pass you around a couple times to get you in when you need to be in, but Sabrina and Terri do a great job making you feel better about the whole thing. I have no reservations about going in here, and am glad that such competent staff is available to me in a local area.

I had a 9:00 am appointment and didnt get seen until 12:00. I got moved between rooms four times having to wait more between each move. Actual time with the doctor was rushed and dismissive of my health issue that showed up in their own test results. (Lung obstruction from breathing tons of wood dust) They seem more concerned about watching out for my employers interests than mine. No wonder three separate "choices" on the list of approved doctors I received from my employer went to this same office.

Horrible place. My girlfriend left practically in tears because it was obvious the doctor did not care about the pain in her hands and arms. All he wanted was to send her back to work and start taking "micro breaks" every six minutes between typing. Thats like telling a person with a back injury to continue lifting and just stop and stretch every six minutes. He did not listen and did not care.
