Today I got a call that I needed to make an appointment because I was requesting a medication refill too early. I asked what a normal amount of time to request a refill was and I was told I would not be getting any more refills until I met with the doctor to discuss as I was not using the medication as it is intended. I was really caught off guard so I made the appointment. After thinking about it, I knew for a fact I had not been taking it more frequently than I should. I called my pharmacy and found out that the last time I had picked up the (12 count) medication was almost 2 months ago; not 2 weeks ago like they had said. I called the clinic back to let them know they were mistaken and hopefully avoid wasting the doctors time and mine. I was talked to as if I were a drug addict. "I told you why the doctor needs to discuss this issue with you, the medication is habit forming". Very unsettling and offensive.

My husband went in for another follow up from a dui driver hitting him a year later. We wanted to make sure his soreness was normal before we closed with the car insurance. He was treated like he wanted prescriptions and Dr. Feltner was not helpful. We have been going to this clinic for over 10 years and he did not deserve to be treated so low. The office also messes up on billing almost every visit. I tried to call the manager of this clinic and she has never responded.

Trying to get to the clinic for the first time was a nightmare. I had to cross Bickford during rush hour which was impossible so I had to turn and make u-turn. The clinic itself was clean, the receptionist wasnt friendly but efficient. My doctor was very thorough and spent a lot of time with me to get to know me.

Change the saying above the door to Health DONT care wasnt 15 minutes late. Needed a tetanus shot they wouldnt help . but we could drive to monroe or Everett to go to the walk in thanks for nothing......

Dr. Grant is amazing! Probably the best doctor we have ever had. Caring, thorough and explains things clearly. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because they do tend to run 15-20 minutes late.

Extremely slow. Was checked in at 11:15, but didnt see a doctor until noon. Physicians are nice and caring.
