Good luck trying to determine the cost of your visit. When I visited to have a simple finger cut checked out and have my bandage (which I had applied) replaced, I asked at the front desk how much it would cost before I signed in. They did not know. Imagine that! A service who cannot even give you a price on a well-defined, simple operation. Do dentists do this? No. Do physical therapists do this? No. I cannot think of any service that does not give you a price beforehand. Perhaps they think that if one has insurance, that they do not care about the price? Wrong. I expressed disbelief and asked again about the cost, but again received no clear dollar amount. I foolishly proceeded with the visit, upon which they insisted on measuring my height, weight, and blood pressure (all of which they charge for). In the end, it cost me $200 to have my bandage changed. I lived 11 years in Japan, and thanks to greedy, unprofessional experiences like this with the US health system, I would be happy to return. Far better care there at a far lower cost. Here in the US, they think they can smile as they make mistakes and screw up, and that will be enough to make you happy. How about teaching your staff about your own prices? To be fair, I would not doubt that other urgent care facilities in the US would be similarly un-informed.

I went here to get my sons physicals for camp on a Sunday. I liked that they were open and we didnt have to wait to see a doctor. The doctor and nurse were professional and helpful. HOWEVER -- they double billed me! I paid in advance with a credit card for both physicals. Paid in full, asked when we left if I was all set, had my credit card receipt. Then, a week later I got two pieces of mail from Overlake -- one addressed to me, one to my husband. Both were bills for the physicals Id already paid for! I was very angry and dug up my credit card receipt, thankfully still in my wallet. Told my husband and he said the same thing had happened when he took our son there for a physical a few years back -- paid in advance (you need to pay in advance for the physicals, as they dont bill insurance) and got a bill the next week. It would be one thing if it were a bill saying, "Heres this for your records showing you paid this." but its not. It very clearly says "Payment due" and if youre a forgetful person would hook you in for paying the same thing twice. Very shady business practices! Wont go there again!

Took my wife in recently because it was close and she had given birth at Overlake Hospital Childbirth Center, so I (mistakenly) assumed staff and care would be of similar quality, and that they would already have her medical records so we could speed through check-in to get the urgent help she needed. Wrong on all fronts. Staff upfront was slow, discourteous, and difficult to work with, they had no record of my wife (share no records with Overlake hospital), and even though the facility was nearly empty it took close to an hour to be shown to the back where we ultimately got seen by a physicians assistant (not even a real doc). The PA did her best to help my wife which we appreciated, but on balance we left feeling that Overlake Hospital should dissociate with this facility as it is significantly lower quality, as the service they offered on balance was neither particularly caring nor was our situation treated with any urgency by anyone except ourselves.

I went to Overlake Redmond Urgent Care with a case of pinkeye. I was seen fairly quickly but was told by the doctor that it was NOT pinkeye and Id better get over to the emergency room immediately. She refused to examine my eye any further and told me to go to Emergency immediately. She dropped the word "tumor" three times, and in fact told me flat-out that she believed I had a tumor, and wouldnt continue the exam. I went to the emergency room and five minutes later was diagnosed with pinkeye, given a bunch of antibiotics and some antibacterial drops, and was fine by Friday. In my opinion, this was a combination of negligence and incompetence which frankly borders on the criminal. If I were on fire right outside the front door of Overlake Urgent Care, Id walk over to Evergreen.

Unbelievably bad. Their x-ray machine was broken, so they sent my son away, then called him back because they got it fixed. That could have been managed, but the films they took didnt show all the bones in his foot, which clearly needed something, though they send him away saying "take some ibuprofen". He had to go back to get a digital copy of the x-rays too. When we finally got him to a podiatrist after the weekend, they immediately took Weight Bearing films which showed a fracture, and he was given a boot. How hard would it have been to take decent films the first time? I mean, if its a weight bearing part of your body, take weight bearing films, right? #nevergoingback.

I brought my mom here today and had just a short wait before being called back. Amanda checked her in and apart from being very thorough she was sweet, caring, and compassionate. Then we saw Dr. Hayes and he was extremely patient and caring as well. He thoughtfully considered all moms symptoms, and prescribed a method of treatment. We could not have been happier with the visit. Furthermore, the facility is modern, comfortable, and very equipped. I wouldnt hesitate bringing mom here again!

Our family has been here twice and were seen in a reasonable amount of time both times for a walk-in clinic. The staff was efficient and professional. The doctors were knowledgeable and caring. We were treated kindly, one visit required x-rays (for me) and I was in a great deal of pain. The other visit was for a severe sore throat for my daughter. The staff was all very helpful. Its what I would hope for in an urgent care clinic and met my expectations.

I would not recommend this at all. I went to clinic with fever of more than 100 degree. They took vitals after checking in and my temperature was reported as 99.9. They gave me Tylenol of 1000mg and took vitals again after 20 mins. This time temperature was 101 to my surprise. I asked the reason for increase in temperature after the medicine. They were clueless and discharged me without any medication saying flu test was negative.

Horrible horrible horrible, horrible doctors, staff and service. I would NEVER go back there again. I went to visit a while ago and they didnt give me any attention at all. I was setting in the lobby while the staff was chatting about their personal life.. go figure.. the doctor was horrible and didnt know what she was talking about. Simply, I would NEVER go back there AGAIN!!!!!! Horrible.

Ive been here 3 different times now and each and every time Ive had a great experience. The doctors have been very kind and Im usually in and out within a decent amount of time. My son had fractured his arm and they were able to x-ray it on sight and splint it with kindness and consideration. I have made this my go to clinic and would recommend this to everyone.
