My provider, Dr Hernandaz, is extraordinary. However, my rating is due to the receptionists. They tend to be unhappy, not greeting with a smile, and trying to call Monroe Sea Mar is ridiculous. Every time Im waiting on the line for a minimum of 5 minutes. Whenever I go in, theres almost never anyone on the phone. Friday I called twice to be on hold for 5 minutes and then the phone actually rang for several minutes with no answer. Also, I had requested a blood work done to see if Im deficient in anything....they somehow decided to do an STD test instead...But didnt even get back to me!! I didnt find out their mistake until I finally called two months after the fact (Id figured blood work took a while). Awful experience. However, I would rather have inadequate health care than no health care.

The service is terrible. I dont understand why they always put my on hold but when I am in there theyre just talking to each other !!! Last year for months they kept approaching me speaking Spanish and I repeatedly told them I dont understand a word you are saying . Yes I have brown skin! Yes my last name was Hernandez but I am Pacific islander not Hispanic! They even kept leaving me voice mails for months in Spanish . Also if you have a medical issue be prepared for every one in there to be gossiping about it ! They dont even hide the fact that theyre laughing and talking about ! Super immature! I wish I could find another Dr. But at this point I have no luck !

Omg, are you kidding me? These people are a joke. I wouldnt take my dog there. And not for nothing but my dog has a better Dr. Well at least he is a real Dr. Tonya Hernandez and Dr. Jiminez are a joke. The only reason Himinez is even a Dr is because his brother is the director of Seamar. I chose the 1 star because you cant post without selecting one.

I needed to have my daughters appointment with her same doctor,and receptionist didnt want me to see the same doctor,so I just called again to canceled the appointment because my daughter didnt want the appointment with that fake doctor,and nobody answered the phone,it keept ringing almost 10 minutes,and nobody answered it,they have bad service.

This place will not give my son his biweekly shot that he is supposed to have. Called and no answer phone rang for 2.5 minutes. This shot is very important not giving to him has major growth consequences.

Super slow, scheduled a well check for my daughter and it took over 2 hours. The doctor said she didnt need one then came back 30 minutes later and said how she was wrong!!!
