I had my first appointment since joining. Go Obama Care. The new doctor was very attentive and listen to what I had to say even when I had a disagreement with her concerning certain results of surgery I had undergone years ago. She was authentic and I felt she really cared about what was going on with me and all my concerns . She was willing to ask other doctors to see what their views were. I found the good doctor willing to listen and find my needs important whether or not they were trivial to her or life-changing. It was a nice change compared to some other medical practices that I have been a patient of in the past. I keep telling my friends about them so I thought I would tell you about them too. All the staff were engaging and helpful too. It sounds strange but Im looking forward to going back again.

They used to be good before they became part of Sutter. Now a patient is allowed 8 minutes with a doctor, and you may have to wait an hour for even that. You are not allowed to talk about more than one issue per visit -- if you dare to ask a question off-point you are told to make a other appointment (this happened to me). I was kept waiting for more than one and a half hours for a biopsy procedure scheduled three months prior. My husband waited an hour for a follow-up with a specialist, and when he asked how much longer it would be he was told thirty minutes more. He walked out. Awful service!

Had a appointment for my mother which is in critical conditions, & they have the nerve to make us wait more than 2hrs before we had to tell them why so long!! Told us the doctors are behind on work!!

Had to come to the urgent care and everyone here was very nice and professional. Our incident turned out to not e too bad but it was nice to k ow there is a quality urgent care here in town.
