After recommendation from my doctor I decided to try out physical therapy, specifically Quality Care Physical Therapy. Unfortunately my experience here was absolutely terrible; from the moment that I talked to the receptionist to the moment I walked out the door. The receptionist was rude and had a bit of an attitude. She didnt take the time to explain anything about insurance, rather she demanded my health insurance information even though she already had my auto claim number. Next was my experience with John; He really did not seem to care to talk to me, I was just patient number x in his day. Maybe he had a bad day, who knows, but he was short tempered. The thing that frustrated me the most was the fact that he disregarded the fact that my chiropractor had helped me for the last couple months. He completely dismissed chiropractic when assessing what helped my recovery. I gave him percentages for the Yoga and Massage; however when I said that chiropractic did the rest he ignored it and did not write it down. Given I do know that Physical Therapists and Chiropractors are sworn enemies in the healthcare world; he should have still listened to the patient regardless of his beliefs. I dont know what got John to do this, but he proceeded to adjust my back, just like I would get done at the chiropractor. However, he did not accomplish what the chiro had done, instead he tweaked my spine and i had a good amount of pain until i had my Chiro/massage visit. He also mentioned that I should avoid hiking and/or biking however; two weeks later I saw a specialist who informed me that John was wrong. I could hike and bike and it would not cause any damage; I didnt have any weak shoulder muscles, rather muscles that were compensating because of an issue within my neck. I hope that this review is a wake up call for this clinic and they improve their practice.

Ive had several occasions over numerous years where Ive needed PT and without hesitation highly recommend Quality Care Physical Therapy. When your body is in pain its hard to think youll be eased of that pain and back to 100%, but with the level of knowledge and PT plans put in place by John, it will happen! The care plan for home exercises in between appointments are extremely clear, documented with photos and concise instructions. Each time I have completed PT, I walk out a new person! The other PTs at Quality Care are also very knowledgeable, very personable and wonderful to work with. Johns front desk staff is delightful and understand the ins & outs of insurance, easily taking care of verifying necessary plan coverage prior to your first appointment. Theyre also super to work with when scheduling all of your appointments. The environment is kept very clean & great music is always playing (helps to keep you distracted from any pain!). John has also treated both my son and daughter for their injuries (baseball and dancing). I cant speak highly enough about the care consistently given to patients at Quality Care!

Herbert McDonald

I am 82 and had a total left knee replacement April 24, 2017. Now 3 months later I have almost no left knee symptoms, including stairs, inclines, and old man sprints. This great recovery is due in large part to John and his crew at QCPT. I started with them 1 week after surgery, went twice a week for a while, then once a week. Next week I graduate. I have already scheduled my right knee for solar eclipse lucky day August 21 and back with John and Carolyn on August 28. Great people, great facility.

I used to fall almost every year in the past but John has taken care of it and I have not fallen for the past 2 years.
