My kids are patients here.. my older son is a nervous wreck about anything in his mouth and they are SO GOOD with him. Took both my boys this week alone (usually bring my husband to help with this kind of appt and couldnt this time - was pretty nervous myself about a possible meltdown) and they had us in two rooms side by side, was able to be with both boys at the same time, the hygienist was SO PATIENT with my son.. I am really appreciative that my kids go to a place that doesnt freak them out. Our dentist on the east coast didnt let parents in the room and I think that set a bad precedent in my sons head.. thankful this is changing. Thanks you guys!

The front office staff as well as the techs aee very friendly and remember your name and treat you good. The interior of the office and dental rooms appear nice but if you look close it is worn down and the dental chairs are worn out too. They have recently in early 2016 aquired alot of state patients which has dramatically reduced there availability to work on paying/insured customers. We will be switching dental offices. The tech Jennifer is very rough when working on you, my mouth is always sore when she is done. My wife and daughter have had the same experience with her.

From the time you walk in the door until you walk out the door the staff are courteous and kind. They are concerned about your well being and dont make you feel like "another patient" but like family. On my last visit I received 2 crowns, I called it my "coronation ceremony" ... and in perfect stride Dr. King added that I was "Crowned by the King!" Leaving a dentist office laughing (without laughing gas) is awesome! This is why it feels like family! I have 2 more crowns needing to be done in the very near future and I wouldnt want to go anywhere else to have them done!

The staff is all very friendly and nice, but we waited 40 minutes for our appointment, which we were on time for, even with four kids in tow! I feel like up to 15 minutes could be acceptable for a busy day, but 40 minutes is ridiculous. We needed to be doing other things after our appointment that we missed out on. Also, Dr. King didnt even take the time to talk to me after checking my daughters teeth. Even though everything was fine, I feel like it would have been courteous as our dentist. Thats all :)

Its hard for me to give any dentist 5 stars but they deserve it. Very helpful and kind. I dislike dentist very much and am scared off them but this one is diffrent. Its all about you and what u want or need. I am very thankful for how they treat my family. So if you are scared dont.be here just let them show you how good they are.

The front office here is amazing! Dawn, Laura and the rest of the staff are so friendly, greeting my kids with smiles and remembering to ask about their special interests. Dr. King is also warm, kind and a perfectionist about his work. Ive already referred several friends.

As usual my Smiles Dental visit was GREAT. Dr King took the time to explain everything and not once did i feel rushed. Laura was a Rock Star as usual explaining all the insurance and billing options. Great visit!
