I didnt see the doctors, so cant review their care or service. I went in with a prescription following eye surgery. I knew what I wanted for the lenses. I came away feeling like I had been steamrolled by the woman who was helping me. My total AFTER insurance was going to be $160 for reading glasses! After thinking about it, I called back in to get details of what I was charged for - several things I did not need for reading glasses, and learned the prescription had been changed from bi-focal to single vision. I reduced all the upgrades and ended up paying about $60. What was submitted to my insurance company didnt match what I was charged. And I wish I had made them stay with the prescription as it was written by my surgeon. Kind of surprised, given all the other glowing reviews.

I am one of the few to actually have eyesight improve and 50 years or so. It was likely the result of stem cell treatments I received in Germany over a separate matter. The improved eyesight was a side effect (nice one). After determining that eyesight improved exponentially, Dr. Schrader put extra effort into determining whether there was or was not an underlying issue with the improvemennt. As explained, improved eyesight could be caused by other issues. Luckily, nothing was found. BTW, previous visits to the optometrist here was nothing different. Still had great personal service.

I recently had an emergency need for a pair of contact lenses and stopped in At Everett Optometry because it is close to where I work. The staff was very helpful and even though I wasnt a patient, they gave me a pair of contact lenses. I scheduled an appointment to get an eye exam since I was in need of a new eye doctor anyway. The staff and the doctor were very friendly and helpful and Dr. Church explained the results of his findings regarding my eye health. I really liked my experience at Everett Optometry Clinic and plan on going back!

I have always felt like I have received excellent care and attention. They have gone out of their way to fit me in last minute. Dr. Schrader has always returned my calls , when necessary, and at a reasonable time frame. We have moved away for about a year and I am currently having eye issues. I wish I could fly back and see him. I trust Dr. Schrader, hands down, and I am a complicated patient!

Dr. Schrader was ULTRA thorough with my eyes looking for any potential oncoming problems with my eyes. Optician Jasolyn spent an incredibly patient amount of time with me working with frames and politely giving her opinion, and respectfully hearing mine. Plus she was hilarious. All staff gave me multiple options, and were thorough and unambiguous.

I had an amazing experience seeing Dr. Schrader. He doesnt rush you out of his office and very personable. The moment I walked through the door I was taken back to be seen. I was then assisted with picking out glasses and the staff there was amazing. He explained my insurance very well and was very down to earth which made me very comfortable.

I have been going to Dr. Schrader for many years (about 20 years) and he has really been a very good doctor. He is honest and makes sure you understand what is being said and if he needs he refers you to another good doctor to help you. I CERTAINLY would recommend him to anyone, even your younger ones!

Last week my dad and I both had annual exams at Everett Optometry Clinic. The new photographic eye map is cool. We could see whats going on in there without dilation! I know my family will have the best eyecare possible here, and besides that, they are all really, really nice.

I saw the Dr. for an eye exam. The glasses werent clear to look through. When I came back in the person looked at the glasses and said they were right and there was nothing else they could do for me? I spent $700 to have glasses that dont work, very disappointed.
