Excellent quality medical care, very high quality equipment and procedures, experienced and friendly staff, service that goes way above and beyond. Three years ago, my brother received his bladeless lazik from the same surgeon and he had a very positive experience as well. Not wanting to take any chances with my eyes, I researched clinics and doctors, and found this clinic offers the highest level of care, and has very experienced surgeons. Along with my brothers positive experience, I made the decision to try them. In the consultation, there was no pressure, cost, or obligation. It was apparent to me that the staffs sole focus was on me achieving my goal, and all aspects and options were thoroughly explained. I asked for a second consultation so I could be sure of my decision, and it was willingly accommodated. When I decided to proceed, I chose the custom bladeless, and asked for the same surgeon who my brother had. Because the surgeon would not be available for five weeks, I received an additional exam one week prior to the surgery. The physician assistant called in my perscription for me at a drug store by my house when I got too busy, and called to remind of things to do so that I would be prepared before the surgery. At one point, I wasnt sure I would get a ride from a friend, and the clinic offered to pay for half of my cab fare! Three physicians, all specializing in different aspects of the process, attended. One physician was on call for a week after my surgery, and promptly answered the two times that I called. Follow-up care was delivered with the same precision and excellence, and during the entire process, I felt that the staff was meticulous and thoughtful. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone wanting the best care for their eyes.

After years of relying on glasses/contacts, I decided to research LASIK and TLC was one of the centers I looked into. From consultation to the follow-up recovery appointment, the staff were professional and willing/able to answer my questions with sincere concern. The next day following the procedure, I woke up and I COULD SEE. For the first time this week, I went for a swim and didnt have to adjust my contacts. I am over the moon thankful for this whole new world and for the incredible staff at TLC in Bellevue!

Your recommendation to Chase Health Advance to finance your services is awful. I suggest this company not be recommended of course unless youre making money from it. This is the worst company I have ever worked with and they have not answered my calls in the last 2 weeks. I have also tried other methods to communicate with them. Horrible, but I am sure youve read the reviews about this company and know what your patients could possibly experience when working with this company. this is your patient Andres Cambron.

Six months after LASIK I found out that my tear production has been all but eliminated. The procedure has made it so I am unable to work full time, unable to watch my newborn, unable to sleep through the night, and unable to run. I am in constant pain and am at a significantly elevated risk of blindness. In short, this procedure was the worst thing I have ever done. I would not recommend it for anyone. Contacts and glasses are way better than the chance of needing to wear goggles until you go blind.

As a sufferer of allergies, contact lens wear was a nightmare and full time glasses wear was not an option. Deciding to get LASIK was the best gift I had given myself. I had great results and no longer battle with allergies. I have full confidence with the surgeons and staff and would not hestitate to recommend TLC to anyone interested in LASIK.

Other Lasix clinics do state a cost on their website, providing that information for potential patients so that their time and the doctors time is not wasted. It is no longer acceptable to give nebulous answers as to cost for medical procedures. This type of procedure is common enough that it cost can be given or at least range.

You should have no apprehension, the staff was very helpful! My current vision is 20/15 and Im a month out from surgery. I love it! its perfect!
