These reviews are all based on technical things and not service so let me give a review based on the skill and professionalism of the doctors, and not the front of house of its phone service. My experience since starting here 3 months ago has been nothing but pleasurable, the front of desk staff has been amazingly kind and professional. The doctor herself has been amazingly patient, kind and understanding that people all have different sensitivities. she asked me every other minute if I was in pain, and stopped instantly if i was uncomfortable. She explained things in a way I could understand, and gave me the tools I need to protect my teeth in the future. All in all I found the entire experience very pleasant and their customer service above and beyond what I expected for a low income clinic.

If youre looking for 10mins of BS, and no result...Go ahead and go there. Ive been a patient of this office for 3+ years now. I had a bumpy mark on my arm for 3 months that i spoke to them about. They DIDNT recommend a dermatologist AFTER I asked them to. Instead gave me cortisone cream that i had said ive already been using. Went back and said its not working. Different doctor this time, Again it was another 10mins ,of them pretending. After i asked to see a dermitologist again. They prescribed me more cream. Got a second opinion. Turns out it was CANCER. 10mins of BS isnt a way to care for patients. Thanks SeaMar.

Im a veteran with a cyst on lunate bone and the tendon torn . My pain gradually has gotten worse. After 6 months Im finally getting the surgery I need. During this time my primary care physician has been barely helping with my pain. After this is over switching to a doctor that knows when someone needs pain relief when there in extreme pain until its resolved. But otherwise a good doctor.

Absolutely terrible!!! Worst clinic yet!! I accompanied my mother for her 4:00 appointment and they said that the doctor was going to be an hour late. This clinic closes around 5 so we waited for a whole hour and 30 minutes!! So Ms. Katherine L. Caldwell you are the worst doctor yet. I wonder how you got your job, my mother says you are always late. Thats absolutely ridiculous!!!

i dont write reviews, bu these guys take the cake. they dont know how to schedule, and when you check in and ask if the chart behind the desk is correct in saying that the doctor is on time, they say yes, its slow today. then they keep you waiting for 45 minutes, only to be told that itll be another 20 minutes before the doctor can see you. a total waste of everyones time.

They will waste your time. They answer the phone and put you straight on hold until you hang up. They never call your insurance to prior authorize. They prescribe the wrong medicine for your insurance. You can make an appointment but they still wont see you until 30-40 minutes after you arrive. Dont go here unless you have no other options.

None of the numbers they provide to get in touch with the clinic or provider are accurate, they go straight to an automated voice mail that hangs up after its done with its prerecorded message

Seamar is the worst clinic ever. I am changing providers immediately. If you are waiting on lab results or a call back, dont hold your breath because you wont get one.
