Please DO NOT go to Dr. Narra. I have had a terrible time attempting to work with her. She will not answer your questions and will ignore you for weeks. I went it on referral due to a concern about a mole and I have a family history of melanoma. I had my first melanoma removed a few years ago, so Ive been very vigilant. I set an appointment for a procedure and clearly asked the woman helping me schedule the appointment how long having the mole removed would take. I believe the appointment was scheduled incorrectly because I wrote down an hour for the appointment when it was only 30 minutes (and I only saw the doctor for about 5). I had made plans to be off my feet and had someone there to drive for me (mole was on the bottom of my foot). I had crutches and everything. I had planned ahead based on past experience with melanoma and dermatologists. Instead she scheduled me for nearly 2 weeks later (when I waited 6 to get into her clinic in the first place) for a "procedure". I still dont know what specifically will happen. I reached out via email and left voicemails with concerns about how the appointment was handled and what to do to prepare for this procedure. I asked what will happen, how much I need to limit movement, if I will need to be on pain medication, how long it will take, and so on. Radio silence. No emails, no phone calls (except for the receptionist telling me a week ago that she would call, shes just busy). Im extremely disappointed in the care provided and the lack of communication. I called in to talk to an office manager - they dont have one. I asked to talk to the doctor, shes too busy and doesnt call back. Talk to the only 2 other people in the office apparently, "You really should ask the doctor, Im not sure"... Ive been trying to do that for weeks! Very frustrating and upsetting. Honestly, Im more upset by dealing with her office than I am by potentially having a cancerous mole on my foot... I feel like I am barely a concern to Dr. Narra. I do not trust her and I will be meeting a new dermatologist as a result. Please do not put yourself through this. If she doesnt care about someone who potentially has cancer, I dont know who she would communicate with.

I would NOT recommend. I felt that the women there are very judgmental. I have been dealing with hyperhidrosis since I was a teen (now in my twenties). I went to Narra Dermatology in hopes of finding a fix to this embarrassing problem. Instead when the nurse asked me why I was visiting, she looked at my chart and said "oh so you have sweaty pits?" Definitely not the nicest way to go about things. Then when Doctor Narra came in she was very quick with me. Her only "cure" was Botox. She is an avid advocate for Botox. I told her I have tried all the different deodorants, ointments, etc along with electric shock pads. I had read up on some pills that can be prescribed to help with this. She said that she didnt think it would help but that she would fill the order. The prescription was never ordered. She told me to come back in a month for Botox. All in all, my "appointment" with her lasted about 7 minutes. She didnt ever bother to look at my skin or anything. Needless to say this is not a "medical" clinic. This is a beauty clinic. Please dont bother going if you have medical conditions you want to discuss with a REAL dermatologist.

The low reviews seem to be written with the same poor grammar and likely from the same person. I am not sure why someone would want to write such negative comments about Dr. Narra. I have seen a dermatologist for over 25 years! She is one of the best. To read that she didnt listen to someone is so far from my experience. She listened to me when I took my sweet baby girl in for treatment of molluscum. Her outbreak was one of the worst cases I have ever seen. Dr. Narra spent more than our allotted appointment time. She did her best to make sure my daughter was as comfortable a possible. The treatment for these blister like bumps is very painful. Without Dr. Narra my daughter would have been scarred physically and mentally for life. Dr. Narra and her staff even worked with me when I was 20 minutes late. As a working mother of two doing the best I can Dr. Narra and her staff always answered my questions and treated me like family. She is truly amazing!

Absolutely terrible experience here. I went in about a year and a half ago to treat exzema that had appeared on my eyelids, and she prescribed me desonide ointment in order to cure them. However, she neglected to inform me that with repeated use, this drug actually has an opposite effect and I ended up getting dermatitis on my eyelids, which resulted in me having red and swollen eyelids once again. So I went back, and she prescribed me an oral antibiotic, and ordered me to stop using the ointment. I did so, and for the next month my body had a horrible reaction to the antibiotic and I ended up getting rashes and hives all over my body, in addition to red eyelids. I ended up returning and she told me to go back on the desonide ointment and only use it two weeks at a time, but it has flared up again. At this point, Im sick of her treatment plans and Im searching to get treated elsewhere.

Horrible experience. I went in about a year ago with a rash. not only was I given an absolutely ridiculous diagnosis, but Im getting to deal with their billing department over and over again for the last year. The first time around they couldnt figure out how to bill my insurance company and kept sending me full amount bills. It took them over two months to figure out how to do it properly. Now - a year after i am getting billed for the copay. I have not been to the office ever again, but i keep having to deal with them over and over again. Would not recommend anyone going there

Overly priced. Poor scheduling. Over-worked practice. They need to bring in a Physicians Assistant to make things flow better and eliminate some of their over the top fees. This place definetly caters to cosmetic dermatology clients. If you need something checked go to a medical dermatologist instead of here. Save your time and your money.

Please never go to Narra. She never listen to you. She is judgemental. I went for acne issue and toe nail fungus. she didnt give me a proper medication. Dr. Becky was the one who did extraction for my Acne problem. She is better than Narra. Narra will never answer your questions. Went by the reviews and had a bad experience.

I guess there isnt a good excuse to be late for a doctor appointment, but how many doctors make the patient wait?-its just pretty standard practice. I guess Dr. Narra runs her practice very punctually, so be prepared . we were 7 minutes late to an appointment and they made us reschedule....really? 7 mins.
