One star is well deserved. This was the worst experience that Ive ever had in my life, do yourself a favor and stay away from this office. I asked for a copy of my records and I literally received scribble on a notepad with no office name, no doctors name, nothing but a date stamp. I spoke to the office manager and simply asked for a document with at least the office letterhead and typed, I am NOT exaggerating when I say that she actually raised her voice and got extremely rude, obnoxious and combative, I was confused and disappointed that I was being treated like that. stay away from this place

Dr. Walker gets a full five stars from me. For years, she and her staff have provided an immaculate, knowledgeable experience. Despite being extremely busy often, her scheduling was convenient and simply to understand. Once she does have the time sit down with you, she puts in the work and effort to provide 100 percent results. She did not overtreat, nor oversell, but provides great recommendations on taking care of your skin. Appreciate having a dermatologist like her around in Orinda.

I received a call this morning telling me that the results of my biopsy is back but they would not tell me the results and they said to call back this afternoon. I called all afternoon-during their hours-and no one answered!! The front desk in this office STINKS!!! This is no way to deal with patients. M.Krelstein M.D.

This office is awful! The service is bad! Dr. Walker has no time for you! She makes you deal with her nurses after a 1 minute consult. Stay away from here!
