Professionalism- to the utmost respect and consideration to Dr. Ahns patients. He makes it one of his priorities to provide the best service he possibility can morally and ethically to the best of his abilities. Service- Awesome! Rate A+++ Dr. Ahns Customer service exceeded my expectations; the time and care he takes with his patients has me coming back every year. Quality-I purchased IC! Berlins and love them! the frames are feather weight light, the lenses feel as if I can see crystal clear! Anytime I get a new pair of glasses, I seem to feel the "fish bowl" feel with other Optometrists. When I render services with Dr. Ahn, Im 110% completely satisfied. Due to my travel schedule, its hard for me to see Dr. Ahn, but never again, I will make the time! That is how much I value and appreciate his services all around. Thanks Dr. Ahn!

We were billed for one years worth of contacts. This was a complete surprise, because it wasnt explained at the time of service that our new benefits kicked in the following month. Obviously, with that type of information, we could have made an informed decision. I thought that my insurance covered it. When I was billed for and had to pay $300+ out of pocket, the receptionist couldnt differentiate between me or my spouse (both on the insurance) and who had what done. It made me uncomfortable with the process. I have serious reservations about the service and communication. Customers need information upfront, and not to be surprised by charges later. The location is convenient, but Ive lost confidence in the service and the lack of communication.

So thankful Dr. Ahn has opened up his optometry office here in Issaquah Highlands. For the longest time I drove right past this business because several years ago I visited the previous doctor there with my teenage son. After struggling to find reasonable and reasonably priced hardware I vowed never to return. I recently learned a new doctor was there and I am so grateful I went in. The staff at Optica are wonderful and Dr. Ahn is a very personable, professional and thorough optometrist who clearly cares about his patients. They all went way out of their way to help during my daughters and my visit. Loved their wide variety of frames and prices, too! Im definitely going back!!!

Ive been extremely happy with Dr. Ahns service, not for 1 or 2 years but for 6 years he has amazed me with his dedication and detailing on each of the procedure he follows in taking care of my eyes. He is very friendly and explains things very clearly. I just started visiting him in his new office in Issaquah, now with several top notch equipments and state of the art service including frames from top name brands.

Ive been wearing glasses for almost 50 years and I cant express how happy I was to find Dr Ahn a few years ago. He is by far the most thorough eye doctor Ive ever seen. Ive seen Dr. Ahn in the past for my eye exams. Hes very knowledgeable, patient and will spend the time to answer my questions. Ive gotten several frames and has a great selection of designer eyewear at Optica. I like the convenience of his location and he has good office hours.
