I just received an eye exam at Eastside Vision Care. Dr. Wynne is both professional and friendly. The exam I received was very comprehensive testing both the health of my eyes and prescribing a new glasses prescription. I was pleased with the help I received when selecting my frame. The office personnel helped recommend a flattering style and priced everything out for me taking into account my insurance coverage. They never pressured me to make a selection that day. I received my glasses within a few days. They also replaced the nose pads on my old pair of glasses and refit them. The office is professional and relaxed. I highly recommend it!

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Wynne to get a pair of reading glasses because I spend a lot of time in front of the computer and reading books in college and have noticed an effect on my vision. Dr. Wynne provided an outstanding exam because she was comprehensive in the exam, directed me to glasses that fit and looked good on me, and was overall a nice person. I quickly received my glasses and I am using them now. They work great! I have noticed less strain on my eyes after using them. I would highly recommend this vision clinic to anyone seeking an eye exam, advice, or a prescription.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Wynnes for some time, but started going to other offices that were slightly more convenient to my schedule and location, as I work in Bellevue. After trying other offices, I ended up coming back to Dr. Wynne because she and the staff at Eastside Vision Care are worth taking the extra time. In particular, I have an issue with one of my eyes that other doctors have simply tried to gloss over, and Dr. Wynne is actually working with me on a treatment plan. I cant recommend Eastside Vision Care highly enough.

I checked the reviews prior to my visit and was a little worried about my visit but it turned out great. She did a very thorough exam, was nice and talkative, billing and setting a follow-up exam went smoothly, and I would happily go there again. I am not sure why others were not happy but after reading them I felt compelled to comment on my good visit.

Walked in needing someone to fix my glasses. In most stores I would be helped. In this instance I was asked "Did you get them here?" and when I replied no was told they couldnt help me. Thankfully there are many places in Redmond to get glasses so I will be finding somewhere else to do my business and possibly some day get new glasses.

Very unhappy with my experience. I bought a H-index 1.74 lens but the lens I received is much thicker (~50%) than my current one. It looks like 1.67. I asked them to confirm this was correct, and what was the brand and manufacturer but they failed to provide me the information and also refused me to talk to the doctor the same day.
