After 1 year of meeting this doctor, I do not trust any of the conditions or treatments suggested by doctor Rao. Doctor makes us wait for around 10-15 minutes for each of the appointments. Staff at Covington are also not courteous / cares about our concerns. Once you are out the door, you are on your own, that is the feeling that I get after meeting this doctor. I am definitely disappointed.

Dr. Rao has been great. Only time Ive had to wait longer is when we showed up really late, and they still worked us in. The staff has always been kind and patient. The kids are always there first priority. All of my kids enjoy there visits.
