This place deserves zero stars. Do not go to this place. They will tell that they treat your problem after you explain in detail when you call them for appointment, you wait for a week or two to get to your appointment, you get in and they take x-ray, then they will say they dont treat the problem and refer to some one else. This is despite of telling them the problem clearly while taking appointment. You loose time to wait for this appointment, you have to wait for appointment for the practice they refer to, your insurance will be charged and in some cases you may be ineligible for new x-rays that new practice needs. Beware of this place, avoid it. Its frustrating to get into this situation. People at this place are cheaters & liers,

Minutes before boarding my flight from North Carolina to San Jose, CA, I fractured a molar. The 5 hour flight was not pleasant. Upon landing, I immediately did a Google search for the nearest dental clinics form the San Jose Airport. I landed at 2:30 PM. I called 3 clinics but none could see me. It was blind luck that brought me to Smiles R Us. I arrived at 3:45 PM and I was out by 4:45 with the tooth repaired. All of the staff was very friendly. The Dentist was very competent with a dry sense of humor. Her hands flowed like water with extreme precision as she repaired my tooth. Wish the building were better marked - I questioned the location (and Google Maps) as I walked in. Great experience, well done. Thank you.

Pleasant experience is a feeling not generally associated with a dental visit. However, I am glad to have just that at my last visit at Smiles-R-Us. I went to Smiles-R-Us for a long overdue visit as well as to repair my chipped tooth. This is a nice, clean office with a welcoming staff and TV in each operatory. The front office took great care in explaining the process. Dr Karia was thorough with the cleaning and repairing my chipped tooth. It feels exactly like my original tooth both in looks and function. Overall a pleasant experience. Would highly recommend the practice for the whole family.

I will start by providing short history lesson, so here it goes: I have been working with my dentist for several years and abruptly found out one day that practice (including patients) was sold to current owners. I have visited Dr. Vandana Karia twice and both times felt that provided treatment was bit rushed in comparison to my previous dentist. I am waiting few days to see how well the fillings were done and then determine whether I will return for future treatments.

This is my second visit here and the service, the dentist and the staff are very courteous. The doctor took her time and went through all my Xrays one by one. Visiting out of town and having a dental emergency is not fun but was treated patiently and gently. Saturday appointments are convenient too. I would definitely recommend Dr Karia and her team for all their dental needs
