So it was Thursday night around 5:30p.m. I have a 18 month old who is fearless. She was climbing on her tiny tike truck. I turned around for a split second and when I looked back, in slow motion, she fell and hit her mouth. The blood came gushing out of her bottom lip area. She had knocked a tooth loose. I called my dds, and they recomended some one off capital express way, who said to take her to the ER because "we can"t see her till late tomorrow". I called my dds back, and then they gave me Dr. Rabitz number. I called, and the office mgr informed me that he had left for the night. After I had explained what had happened, she asked for my phone number and said she would try to find the doc. Within 5 minutes Dr. Rabitz called me back. I explained what had happened, and he said we could meet, and he would take a look at her right away. He stopped on his way home, in the middle of rush hour, and met us in a parking lot. After looking her over and calming us down, he made some recommendations and asked us to follow up in about 4 weeks. I will have to say that in 25 years of customer service, this was an amazing experience. The follow-up visit to his office was also excellent. I highly recommend him to any and all looking for a pediatric dentist.

I have a 6 year old daughter who started seeing Dr. Rabitz when she was 3.5 years old. She is afraid of everything and everyone. Dr. Rabitz and his staff made sure she felt comfortable with everything she was going through. They had tons of toys in the waiting room. Movies with headphones in the exam area, balloons and prizes at the end. Everything a kid could want. She was afraid of the big chair her first visit and the doctor agreed to let her sit on a couch area and we didnt do a whole lot that time. The next time she felt a little more familiar and sat in the big chair and let him count her teeth. Then slowly we worked our way up to a full cleaning. So far we are still a part of the "No cavities club!" and are entered into a annual drawing for a bike for having no cavities! The staff is amazing and super kid friendly. They are so sweet and kind to the kids. I wouldnt take her anywhere else.

My little is 14 months old and has 11 teeth and a few more on the way. I wanted to check in with a reputable childrens dentist. Dr. Rabitz office was recommended by a family member. Walking in the staff was wonderful and so welcoming!! The office is so kid friendly and so cool for kids. I asked my questions and he gave his input and was great with my little. He showed me some tricks to brushing and flossing... Yes flossing her teeth. If you are looking to go to a place to take wonderful care of your children and their teeth this is the place for all!! I wanna send a special shout out to Gina, the gal that helped with our appointment. She is sooo over the top great with children!! She made her feel safe and got her to show us her teeth!!

Dr. Rabitz and his office staff have the perfect combination of warm greetings and pristine environment for making your little ones first time seeing the dentist comfortable. They are extremely gentle and patient. The first visit is all about making your little patient have a positive experience. Our two children took to going to see the dentist in stride. During the exam they were able to watch a movie from the ceiling above the chair. They were also given their very own toothbrush goody bag and rewarded with a prize from the treasure chest at the end. Making it all more enticing! I would recommend Dr. Rabitz time and time again.

If my two kids (2years and 4 years) love it....I love it. The waitig room is very nice and lots of different things for kids to do while waiting (makes the job of waiting as a parent easier as well). The reception area is always staffed with really nice people - and they will work with your schedule so we can schedule both kids at the same time so we do not have to make multiple trips. Overall, a very friendly staff that makes kids feel welcome and comfortable is great (plus, the dentist is not bad either - very goo with kids).

I have two children, one that is Autistic. The staff has always been especially patient with my son. They take their time, approach my son in different methods to see what works for him with each visit. The last two visits he allowed the assistants to brushed his teeth, allowed his teeth to be cleaned with the mechanical tooth brush (loud buzzing sounds are not his favorite). Also, Dr. Lam was awesome counting down for my son as she checked and cleaned his teeth with her tools. Thank you!

My son loves going to the dentist! I mean...REALLY loves going to the dentist. He likes to get there early so he can play and he gets such a kick out of the doctors. He always mentions how he loves that Dr. Rabitz wears a rabbit on his head and Dr. Lam wears a lamb on hers. The doctors and staff are very communicative and helpful. The doctors really take into consideration a childs age and maturity when recommending procedures, which is wonderful. I highly recommend them.

Amazing Pediatric Dental Office! From the front office staff to the cheerful ladies that work in assisting Dr. Rabitz, they are all so kind and patient. Both of my children LOVE to go to the dentist because of the welcoming environment that they offer at Dr. Rabitz office. I am so glad that I was referred here from a co-worker! No need to ever go to another dental office, my husband jokes that he wishes Dr. Rabitz could be his dentist!

Dr. Rabitz has been taking excellent care of my kids teeth since they got teeth! They are now 12 and 10 years old and we are big fans of Dr. Rabitz and his team. Their convenient Willow Glen lcoation, beautiful office suite with fanciful decor, friendly and efficient staff, and the special incentive programs to keep kids brushing and flossing their way to cavity-free appointments all add up to a winning practice.

Just called to get a quote and receptionist was rude. She asked what kind of insurance I had and I said medi-cal. She snicketed and said they dont take medi-cal. So I asked how much would it cost for out of pocket. She was just rude. Why would I take my son here and pay someones wage that is rude. Most of these reviews are probably from friends or from people that are hoity toity.

I really appreciate the way they help my kids feel comfortable and the patience they towards them. Like the office first time trying them. Keep in mind, they are an out of network provider for all insurances meaning you will essentially pay more...just a heads up. I didnt know this. However, their service offered is above and beyond most offices and the patient education provided was thorough. I would most definitely recommend them to a friend or loved one.
