Ive been seeing Dr. Zeip and his staff since he initially took over the practice of Dr. Mullen, who Id seen for years before that. Dr. Mullen was a fabulous dentist, and I like Dr. Zeip even more. He is warm, upbeat, extremely competent, and takes a conservative approach that I appreciate (i.e., never extracts or grinds down teeth unnecessarily). Ive heard stories of friends going to other dentists and having thousands of dollars of work that they later found was unnecessary; this would never happen with Dr. Zeip. When he does identify a problem, he always gives me a time frame and level of urgency for addressing it, and he patiently answers my numerous questions. When I have questions I can call and leave a message and he will reply, relaying the information through his similarly awesome office manager/dental assistant, who also makes getting estimates on what things will cost/what will be covered by insurance very easy. His dental assistants and dental hygienists are all great, and I never experience any pain or discomfort with either Dr. Zeip or his hygienists. In fact, I always leave feeling happy, well-cared for, and grateful for the fact that I have access to such high quality dental care, something that I dont take for granted. Dr. Zeip also makes excellent referrals--last year I needed some oral surgery and he referred me to three different surgeons, ranking them in order of preference. I went to the top one on his list and received incredible care there as well. I highly recommend Dr. Zeip.

I purchased a Groupon to give Dr Zeips office a try and was a little nervous, figuring he must not be that great to need to drum up business that way. Im pleased to say I was wrong. My visit with his hygienist was educational and relatively pain free. She explained everything she was doing and paused for my input. She took photos of various trouble areas which they emailed to me after the appointment. Dr. Z is very personable and present. He made recommendations for further work with no pressure, but with enough information that I could make an informed decision for myself. I am currently wearing a temporary crown that he put in that I would be perfectly happy to retain as the permanent one. I will be recommending him to my friends.

Had my first appointment at Dr. Zeips office in October. The office was very clean and the office personnel very helpful. I was there for a cleaning and check-up after 2 years of being rather neglectful of my dental health. The hygienist was very friendly as she did a nice, thorough cleaning. Dr. Zeip was also friendly, and pointed out several areas that we should keep an eye on, but didnt suggest any unnecessary treatment. Ive been to several dentists whove suggested replacing all my old fillings. Dr. Zeip said that theyre all in reasonable condition and couldnt understand why that would be advisable. I was very satisfied with the whole experience and will be returning for my 6-month check-up and cleaning in April.

My husband and I, and our daughter, have all been patients of Dr. Zeip since he opened his practice in 1998. My husband and I have needed a variety of work done, including crowns and bridges, and the results are always expertly done. Dr. Zeip fully explains what work needs to be done and discusses a schedule for completion. The hygienists are also proficient and pleasant. The office staff are always courteous and informative about charges and payment, and will pursue answers to questions about insurance whenever needed. We highly recommend this office for both preventive and other dental care and treatment.

Doc is outrageously good. I moved from Illinois to teach at a local college and picked him from a google search. Couldnt have gotten a better deal--great person, friendly staff who took care of all the insurance work, in and out every time. Although this review may read like a family member filled in the review =), trust me, Im just a very happy patient that now has great teeth. My dogs and I give him 20 paws!

Dr.Zeip did a great job on my two front teeth that were chipped. I visited the office just in time. He "filled" them, meaning he put filler on them and did a fantastic job. The fillers matched my teeth perfectly. I am no longer risking greater chips. He was professional; he took his time, was very patient and I would not hesitate to recommend him for whatever dental work is needed.

Dr. Zeip is my new favorite dentist. After 2 trips to his chair Im looking forward to switching my wife and kids into his care as well. I just really liked the whole experience and treatment all the way around. For a nominal fee he fixed the chips in my front teeth and got me set up with some whitening products for a new and improved smile.
