Best dental experience of my life!..Dr. Krueger went over treatment procedure with exceptional detail and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed at all, he even took the time to show me videos about my procedure he also explained how to take care of my smile. During my procedure he made sure that I was comfortable and made sure I was pain free. His staff is friendly and knowledgeable. His staff took care of all insurance issues and are very professional when presenting costs of treatment and also informed me about payment plan and how it works. Prices are fair. If you are looking for a dentist with experience, exceptional service and good quality dental work, look no further. Dr. Kueger is the best in town.

When I asked the dentist to explain to me what teeth he wanted to fill he used the scientific names. When I asked him what that meant in plain English: Left? Right? Molar? 4th one from the back? What? He rolled his eyes! Apparently he doesnt think its necessary to explain the procedures to his patients. I hadnt had a cleaning in more than a year. He scraped plaque off my teeth for less than three minutes. I dont care how good of a brusher I am, that is not sufficient. And he isnt gentle either. Not impressed. Not going back.

What can I say, I drive from San Jose all the way to Watsonville for all my dental needs because Dr. Kruger and his staff are the best! I found Dr. Kruger 2 years ago through a friend who had referred him to me. If you want to know the best kept secret in Watsonville is Crossroads Dental dont trust anyone else but Dr. Kruger because this Doc. has it all, great bedside manner and affordable prices! Please check him out you wont be disappointed!

Dr. Krueger and his staff take really good care of me and my dental needs. They are very understanding and very helpful in explaining to me what is being done and what needs to be done. Besides a few cleanings, they have refilled a filling and did an overlay on one of my teeth, Dr. Krueger is very gentle and there was little to no discomfort.

I could go to another dentist closer to where I live but I consider it worth my time and dental health to travel a distance to use David Kruger as my dentist.
