I had a cleaning about 5 weeks ago and it was hands down the best cleaning that I have received EVER! The dental hygienist was awesome. She asked if I wanted nitrous and I informed that I have never had it before. She asked if I wanted to try it. My wife told me prior to definitely get it before I came in. So, I said sure. She asked me if I have ever had it. I told her no never. So, she started me off with a low dose and then increased. In prior dentist offices they would just attempt to clean my teeth with the ultrasonic tool and I would be in pain before of my sensitive. BUT this dental hygienist was nice enough to say that the nitrous will help the sensitive. She was 100% correct. I didnt feel a thing, except one small spot and even close to how bad it was when I got the ultrasonic done before. To add to the great service from the dental hygienist, they had bluetooth headphones for you to watch tv and glasses! Talk about this office keeping up with the technology. WOW Awesome job! Fast forward to about 3 weeks ago,, I had to come in for a small cavity that I had to get filled. Since it was in the same area as a chip that I had. Dr. Eric was willing to fill that in for me to prevent any future issues! Talk about awesome. I have never had a dentist like this. My wife and I will definitely be coming back! Also, when my daughter gets more teeth she will be coming here too. Oh yeah, the second dental hygienist that I had was great too! I can not forget her. She was super nice and so helpful during the whole cavity. I have never had that kind of care during a cavity filling ever. I had some build of fluids and I raised my hand and she was on it so quick. Such great service. Coming from someone that has had some bad service on the East Coast. This Dentist Office was awesome. See you guys in July for my next cleaning! :-)

I believe Dr. Hagman is the best Dentist in Maple Valley. I have been around to a couple different dentists is Maple Valley, including the get-me-in-get-me-out dental offices and nowhere else have I received such personalized, honest and ETHICAL care. Eric gave me the full low down on my problem tooth and different ways the problem could be addressed. He preferred to start out with the most conservative non-invasive treatment option, which is great for my wallet and avoided a root canal! My tooth was randomly aching and often would be sensitive to cold food. A couple dentists wanted to give me a root canal to relieve the discomfort, I wanted other opinions as this procedure was going to cost over $2500!!.. When I saw Dr. Eric, he noted that the xray taken at the other office was inconclusive and decided that he should do a little adjustment to my bite, as well, applied fluoride to see how my tooth responds... The next day I noticed things were a little bit better, but still causing pain. His front office called me to see how I was doing, they decided to have me come in for another fluoride treatment, saying the progress promising! I had a total of 3 fluoride applications... The pain with cold and random aching is now totally gone... He was pretty sure I was grinding my teeth, causing stress on the tooth that was hitting slightly higher than the others, in turn taking the threshold down for other sensitivities including cold foods/drinks. Root canal and new crown avoided! Dr. Eric I cant thank you enough, but, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for your care!

I was a patient of Dr. Hagman for many years until 2011 when the insurance I had would not pay for his services. Over a 3 year period I tried 3 other dentists in the area that my federal insurance would cover. I came away from each experience confused and dissatisfied as they all recommended different procedures for me. I finally realized that Dr. Hagman was the only dentist I felt I could fully trust since I have a lot of issues with broken teeth and very old fillings that are failing I knew I would soon need some major restorations. The only answer for me was to purchase the insurance I needed to return to Dr. Hagman. I have seen enough dentists in my life to realize that with Dr. Hagman I am receiving the best dental care available. Dr. Hagman & his staff offer a very comfortable and pleasant experience and the utmost in professionalism. I would highly recommend this office to anyone in search of a dentist. Tim Halstead

I have been blessed throughout my life with talented dentists and my teeth are healthy and strong because of their skills and instruction. Dr. Hagman and my adored hygienist Connie continue that tradition of highly skilled dental professionals in my life. Connie always provides thorough teeth cleaning as well as hugely entertaining conversation. Shes FUN! I look forward to my visits because I know my teeth will feel squeaky clean and that I will laugh a lot. She knows how to keep it upbeat for those with dental fear and for those who love a visit. Dr. Hagman always has a genuine smile and a handshake for me as he goes over my teeth with great focus. The atmosphere he encourages in his office is calm, supportive and happy. From making an appointment to dealing with insurance to well cared for teeth the staff and care in this office are the best.

Weve been to several other Dentists in the past and Dr. Eric Hagman is, without a doubt, the best there is. I have been known to be somewhat of a "perfectionist" and I have to say that Dr. Hagman has exceeded my expectations with his attention to detail. He goes above and beyond for his patients, and you wont find a more ethical Dentist. We have been going to Dr. Hagman for years and have always looked forward to our appointments. Him and his office staff are professional and always on top of things. Connie and Kammie are outstanding hygienists that take their time with your cleanings and answer all your questions. It is such a pleasure being able to totally trust a dentist / doctor . We highly recommend Dr. Eric Hagman to anyone who wants a first class Dentist. He is the best of the best .

Ive been seeing Dr. Hagman since I was a young child (I was living in Renton at the time). Now, Im on my own living in Seattle with many options around me for dental care. For me the choice is obvious- its not about the commute, its about the experience. Dr. Hagman and his hygenists are absolutely knowledgeable, kind, and extremely hilarious. I look forward to my appointments because I know Im going to get feedback on all of my concerns as well as recommendations on what I can do to address these concerns- all while having a good laugh along the way. Im always completely comfortable and, just as my mom says when she goes in (my whole family is still a part of this dentist), I cant imagine going anywhere else. Thank you so much for all you do, you guys!!!
