I have only used this vets office once, and I will not use them again if I can help it. The people who have answered my calls have been rude. The doctor was supposed to call me 20 minutes before she was on her way to my house (for a farm call) so that I could get off work and meet her there. Instead, she called me when she was 5 minutes away from my house. My sister was able to be there for the exam, as I was not able to make it there in time (because of the lack of notice) and she described the exam as thorough. The doctor did not listen to my horses heart, nor did she look in her ears, mouth, eyes... To make it worse, the receptionist that I had talked to before scheduling had greatly under-quoted me. (the visit had cost me double what she had told me it would cost)

Chambers has served our family pets since 1999. Their vets are the best, and the rest of the staff is wonderful. They have taken care of my rottwiler, husky, cats and cremated my grandmothers afgan hound. They have given me excellent moral support, and allowed me in the room during surgeries to comfort my pets. They did a wonderful job with the surgeries, have good prices for medications, and my dogs have never gotten any infections from surgery. My husky even got porcupine quills stuck in his face, and you would never known it had happened. Clean boarding facilities for horses and dogs. The staff even plays with my dogs when they are overnight. My dog loves them. Even though I live out of the area, I will travel to them.

I only went here once and it was a total waste of money! I took my pit bull in for a check up in search for a new vet in the area. I called them two weeks in advance to set up an appointment. Not only did they not put my appointment on the books they were incredibly rude about me "just showing up right when they open." I should have walked out right then and there. I wanted to think that the doctor would be better. Not even close the doctor didnt even touch my dog, said she looked great and charged me $50 for an exam fee. Worst experience ever!!!!!

Strongly like the text and email appointment reminders/confirmations. Dr. Saunders is terrific...very gentle with our little puppy and she patiently answered our numerous questions about our dog Boomer and his multiple medical issues. Dr. Saunders speaks in laymans term which helps to understand the issues and treatments versus getting lost in the medical jargon...very much appreciated. Overall, she will be the primary vet for all three of our dogs in the future and we will happily recommend her to our friends.

I have been very happy with the new staff at Chambers Prairie. They seem to really care and are willing to talk to you about your concerns. The Vet took the time to discover what was wrong with my dog. Something the past vets didnt want to do. She is very professional and focused on taking care of the animals that she sees. She gives you suggestions about treatments and is willing to walk you through the best course of action for your pet. Definitely trust everyone on staff with the well being on my 2 dogs

We have visited several veterinary clinics in the Olympia area looking for a new vet for our kids. I have been very disappointed at the ones we visited in that our kids were treated as pets instead of our kids. I found a flyer for Chambers Prairie at Mud Bay pet store and took our little man to see them. They were awesome. He was not nervous being there and they treated him with love, caring, and kindness, and they were very friendly toward me as well. Very good service!

I just took my two male cats to see the vet here. They were both treated with great care by the tech and the veterinarian. When I expressed concerns about my cats behavior, the vet was able to explain to me what could be causing the problem. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, and reasonably priced as well. I will definitely be going back.
