I just started going to Tanglewilde and already I like them much better than my previous vet, Shelton Vet Hospital. Dr. Robinson who I guess is a newer vet for this clinic is really nice, and didnt try to upsell me on anything like previous doctors Ive seen. The one package she did offer to my dog saved me $75! I love a vet that saves me money! My visit ended up being more than I was quoted on the phone, and they actually price adjusted it for me to be closer to what I was expecting, and I didnt even ask them to! We had a cat spayed here and I will say it was one of the most expensive places around to spay, but they kept her for two days and all of her meds, food, IV, bloodwork, anesthesia, surgery, and everything was in the price. Before we had the vets just tack on more procedures without telling us what they would cost. In conclusion- really liking this place!

If I could rate zero stars I would. My puppy had a broken tibia and when I came here Dr. Moss was extremely nice and optimistic up until I said their X-ray plus interpretation cost was too much. I asked could they hold off on the x-ray interpretation cost unless they actually needed it and she got very upset with me and said my puppy really needs to be seen today. She tried to force me to go home with very expensive pain pills (she was refusing to eat) and played on my emotions when i refused. When she left the room she slammed the door causing my puppy to wince and cry out in pain. I called Steamboat Animal hospital and they fit me in. Completely 180° difference on the service there. Do not waste your time and money at VCA

My three furkids have never been in better hands. Thorough doctor visits; they know the quirks of this Worried Mother and listen, discuss, and answer all her questions; they care and remember details of each furkid. Doc Jo is one of the kindest people I know and the staff is always helpful and patient (albeit inundated at times). They are pricier than other vets, but when connected with VCA Vet Hospital systems (like on the TV show) - the ability to do *any*thing needed for your pet on-site is worth the price.

I needed shots for my dog and expected that would be no problem. I was told that my dog needed a check up first and some other things like lab work, and "no" wasnt an option on that. Corporate policy. They didnt care whether my dog really needed it or not as long as I would pay more money. Im canceling and going where my dogs health is the issue not their corporate income.

Dr. Nancy Robinson is amazing, she went way beyond what was expected to save my beloved dog, her compassion and professionalism surprised and astounding to watch her try and save my lucy. You will NOT find a better vet in this area. Her empathy and sensitivity was wonderful in a very difficult time. Thank you Dr. Nancy Robinson, you made a lifetime client and friend.

I would just like to say that me and my gbabe have never been here before. But we came in to see Dr Moss. She was at the parkland clinic and was was opt for better leads.. So me and the babe stopped in for our shots and to say hello. We love Dr Moss and we will go a extra 5 or 10 minutes to get the love
