they pretty much killed my cat. i took my cat in without an appointment because she had been attacked by racoons. they were very hesitant to take her since i hadnt made an appointment. i came back the next day and they gave me an anti-biotic and a seditive. three days later i brought her back in because she wasnt getting better. they looked her over and told me there was nothing wrong with her. then my roomate noticed a giant gaping whole on her leg which they had over looked. they were very rough with her (my cat) and scared her which caused her to go into convulsions. they shooed us out of the room and took her to the back. ten minutes later they told me she had passed. if they had checked her properly the first time maybe shed still be here.

The entire staff is rude and hasty. They are also prejudice towards breeds and owners. The vet looked (literally just looked) at my dog and told me she was dying, probably poisoned, and my only option was a $5000+ visit to the Tacoma Emergency Vet. Then shooed us out the door. The whole business is a crock I would only advise caution and to never ever take your pet to this vet.

I have taken my pets to Dr. Kiefer for over 13 years, and have consistently been impressed and very satisfied with him and his staff. I value his expertise and thoroughness, and also the care that he takes to explain everything and to advise pet owners. The staff have always been very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the Olympia Veterinary Hospital.

Ive had good experiences with Dr Mike. I brought my brat terrier mix in because of a lump on her chest, and he biopsied it and determined it was benign. I decided to have it removed anyway, since it was cramping my dogs style. The surgery was booked quickly, and went smoothly. The price was very reasonable. The office atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming.

Dr. KEIFER is fabulous! We have taken our 2 dogs and one cat to Olympia Veterinary for over 20 years. I thoroughly trust Dr. Keifer s judgement. The staff is friendly and efficient.
