I was a moderate disbeliever of chiropractic care until I was referred to Dr. Nelson. I have had chronic pain around my upper right hip for a few years from an old injury and as far as I knew, rampant misalignments of my spine from years of bad postures and hauling heavy backpacks. ~3 months into treatment, my right hip has improved to the point I no longer notice it on a regular basis, the neck and spine adjustments have greatly improved my posture, and along with that, noticeably better flexibility, balance, sleep quality and alertness. Each appointment takes no longer than 15-20 minutes with a waiting time close to nil, starting with a frequency of 3x a week in the beginning to now 1x a week, is completely painless and in fact relaxing. It has been no doubt one of the better things I have done for myself. Dr. Nelson is the antithesis of Dr. Evil. He is a calm, gentle professional with a big heart and a painfully underrated sense of humor. Dr. Nelsons staff and massage therapist are a bunch of courteous, efficient and fun-loving folks anyone would love to hang around. I would highly recommend Dr. Nelson to anyone looking for some chiropractic help. I now look forward to my chiropractic adjustment every week.

I love Nelson Chiropractic! I injured my back playing on the waves of Maui so badly that I was unable to work as a toddler teacher. I went to Nelson Chiropractic thinking he was going to come in and just step and push and crack my back all old school and without much to go on except that I said it hurt alot. Not the case at all! He took time to run some tests, take x-rays, and then create a plan to put me back together. Even after the first session, I had a substantial improvement in balance (something I thought I had just because I was clumsy!). I have been going for about six months and feel better than before I even injured my back. I was also armed with knowledge and information about how to take care better care of my spine. I was impressed by the professionalism of the team and the family-friendly atmosphere. They do whatever they can to make sure that you are able to finish your treatment, including working with your schedule, your budget, and your comfort level. I am absolutely happy with Nelson Chiropractic and would recommend it to anyone!

Was experiencing bad headaches after falling on my neck and shoulder in a soccer game. Dr. Nelson came up with a treatment plan and in due course it was a distant memory. He doesnt hurt you like the Chiropractors who pull on your arms "crack" your neck because he uses the activator method and he is a leader in the field. He also doesnt schedule appointments if you dont need them. The miracles continued for me over the years as he has helped with everything from back to neck to ribs alignment and even sleep apnea. He has also helped my parents over the years and improved their lives significantly but if I told those stories few people would believe how significant the changes were for them. These days I drive an hour and half from Arlington to Redmond to see him. He is surrounds himself with a dedicated and caring staff who always make you feel welcome and will help in anyway they can.

I had been seeing another chiropractor for chronic lower back pain with very little reduction in pain. Some friends of mine told me about Dr. Nelson and were extremely happy with Dr. Nelsons skill and the relief the husband had gotten from a work injury. Although Dr. Nelson is about a 45 minute to an hour drive for me, I was so desperate for relief, I made the trip to see if he could help me. Not only was he confident that we would see results from the adjustments, the pain relief occurred in one or two visits. Because it was a chronic condition, it would come back at times, but within a matter of a month and a half of twice weekly visits, I have been pain-free for almost six months. I would definitely recommend Dr. Nelson and his very friendly staff and am very grateful for Dr. Nelsons chiropractic knowledge and skill.

Dr. Nelson is not the bendem, foldem, crackem, torture practitioner you conjure up in your imagination. Dr. Nelson is very professional and dedicated to helping people live a better quality of life. When I first met with Dr. Nelson I could hardly walk because of my back pain. I have a very high tolerance for pain but, my back pain was so bad I would scream out loud when I would move wrong. After three sessions I was able to walk with very little pain, what a difference. Dr Nelson’s technique is not what I expected, I have been to several Chiropractors and have experienced several different styles of manipulation but by far Dr. Nelson has the least personally invasive technique of them all. I was very comfortable with Dr. Nelson and immediately trusted his process.

Ive always had a great experience with every visit to this office. Everyone from the front office to the assistants in the back are very friendly and informative. Dr Nelson explains things very well and always takes the time to listen to his patients. The treatments are pain free, and within a few short months Ive shown huge improvement in my flexiblity and pain management. Im in and out of every appointment normally in less than 20 minutes for an adjustment and have never had them call me to reschedule an appointment. I only wish other Doctors offices could be this effecient.

I went here after my car accident! they take great care of you as a client and really listen to your needs to get you back going again! I would absolutely recommend them with the gentle approach with the activator you get results without the pushing and squeezing. There flexibility of hours is great so that you can always find something that works with your schedule. Another great thing is that they take insurance or in my case PIP so I can just focus on getting better and not about coverage!

My overall experience at Nelson Chiropractic has been very soothing and comforting in many ways.
