Ive been going to Cascades Chiropractic for over two years now. My father is a chiropractor in another state, so Ive received many chiropractic adjustments in my lifetime and Im familiar with the benefits of chiropractics. Dr. Murray has a gentle hand yet he keeps me well aligned. He utilizes several methods of adjusting, including this little jackhammer kind of tool (dont worry, its super gentle) and manual adjustments. Also incorporated into each of my visits is heat therapy and about 10 minutes on a table with a mechanical spine roller - thats my favorite part! The lights are off and I feel like Im in a spa! Dr. Murray and his staff are very friendly and helpful. Its a joy to have my chiropractic services here. Thank you!
