Where do I start? Ill go with the obvious, Dr. Brad Ulrich and his team are amazing. They have been taking care of me since March. I was in 2 car accidents with dreadful whiplash, and they make life so much better. My head aches are almost a thing of the past. Thank god! Dr. Woo is a specialist in upper cervical treatment, and I like to refer to her adjustment, fondly, as the guillotine. She helps move the top vertabre back to where it needs to be. After staring at a computer screen all day I cant tell you how good it feels. Dr. Ulrich is great at getting that spot right between my shoulder blades. He also is a wealth of knowledge about over all health and helps incorporate rehab and healthy diet advice into my treatments.*ahem* Also doesnt hurt that he is pretty easy on the eyes.

Dr. Ulrich and his team are amazing! I started coming in for appointments just to get myself back in better shape but soon found out I was pregnant. My weekly adjustments have made dealing with all the changes through this pregnancy so much easier to handle, especially the reduction of lower back pain. This is by far one of the most laid back, easy going experiences Ive had with any medical professional. Hes very clear and communicative about why certain treatments are necessary and is always willing to explain things further without being the least bit patronizing. His office is also incredibly flexible about scheduling and they even offer payment plans to accommodate your financial situation. I wish I could give them more stars!

I cant recommend Dr Brad highly enough. Ive known him professionally and personally for nearly 15 years, and always found him to be kind, caring, honest, and reliable. Hes helped me over the years with my disc injury, and he even made house calls for me. (He doesnt do that, I think) Dr. Ulrich went to Logan college, but Ive only experienced his diversified technique, and his adjusting game is strong. If I ever have someone to refer to on the Eastside, they go to tier one first. You as his next patient will probably be the next Google review here!

Ok BE AWARE!!!!!! I used to see Dr Tuttle then He left and I saw Dr Ulrich and his assistant Dr Woo. No result WHATS SO EVER;lots of promises,lots of unexpected bills...and Dr Woo actually hurted me..I am still puzzled if she a chiropractor or physicianor assistent?! this place is a mess..It seemed like nobody REALLY listens to you just trying to follow the programm..Oh and certainly,you finish your visit with a FAKE smile from front desk.Trust me,dont waste your time and money. Go to see somebody else,honest professional.

With a C1 dislocation that had me paralyzed for a short time as a teen most Chiropractors refused me. I needed care and tried out a few chiropractors that said yes and none compared to Dr. Ulrich. He is truly intuitive, knowledgeable and kind. If you are hurting call him! If you seek a better quality of life call him! He and his stellar staff got your back! ;-)

Great intro to chiropractic! Having never been adjusted before, Dr. Ulrich was fantastic at explaining the process and patiently answering all of my questions. The adjustments have definitely relieved the neck and head pain that comes from working on a computer all day. I highly recommend Tier One for anyone who is new to or skeptical of chiropractic treatments.
