Ive been seeing Mark for almost 30 years. He has always been helpful, professional and genuinely interested in my optical health. I was referred to him by another client when I moved here from Chicago in 1986. My wife, ex-wife and both my sons are also patients of Mark because hes a great optometrist - and now with his newly remodeled office I have even more reasons to visit! The only reason I didnt give NW Vision 5 stars is because I live in West Seattle - if he opened up in West Seattle Id give him 6 stars!

The good reviews must be fake. Seriously. My wife went here with our 10 month old and they couldnt have been more rude or apathetic. Theres a particular person who, each of the three times we went in, was fairly condescending, uninterested in answering questions, and seemed maybe too angry at life to be interfacing with customers. Oh well, theres plenty of options in Seattle other than this place.

Dr Balter is the best! He respects your time, has you in and out in fairly short order, but hes very thorough and never makes you feel rushed. Selection of frames is fashion-forward. Staff is very helpful in getting you processed in and out and in helping you select your frames.
