The opticians are very helpful but the wait time is horrible. I had ordered a new pair of glasses and went to pick them up on a weekday. Waited 40 mins and there were still 9 people ahead of me. Ive already paid for them but have to go back another day and spend more time to pick them up. Badly understaffed.
