I hurt my back some time ago picking up something to heavy so I went to my Dr. who sent me to a back specialist who took x-rays, he intern sent me to go see another back specialist who put me thru a series of three shots each visit, after several visits they said the shots werent working & sent me to "thee back specialist" who after reading all of the other Doctors reports said I would have to live with it, because they could not operate on it. The vertebrae was crushed down on the nerve & they couldnt guarantee they wouldnt cripple me by cutting the nerve during the surgery. After some time I decided to look up a chiropractor in my area, the pain in my back kept getting worse and by this time I was bent over because it hurt to much to stand striate. I wanted to see if anyone could help! I found Dr. Clark on line and called him for an apt. I have been going to him for awhile now and I can truthfully tell you he has helped me to stand striate again, he still has to work with me from time to time as my back wants to slip back, however over all I am not the bent over person who could hardly move around that once walked into his office. I have been able to walk better and stand straighter its totally helped me with the pain in my back. I would tell anyone, and I have, if you want a better quality of life go to him before you need to go. Also if you do have a problem with your back, defiantly go see Dr. Clark he will help you that Im sure of. I told him once that he should have taken a before & after picture of me because I felt so much better. Everyone in his office are so caring & thoughtful, they put you at ease right away, I just love them. I went back to my primary Dr. he wanted to see how I was doing going to a Chiropractor rather then the therapy he wanted me to take. I must say he was surprised and just said well it seems to be working for you so continue on.

Well, first: the people are wonderful over there. They actually make me feel comfortable and Im not nervous at all. :) Enough said, you can figure it out for yourself once you get to see them. And now, their treatment: For years, the accidents I had when I was younger was coming to haunt me in my teenage years in the form of gastritis, sharp needles jabbing themselves in my shoulders, stupidly unnecessary cramping during periods, sleep disorders, locked jaw, etc, etc...and after a few weeks, all of these gradually disappeared and now I forgot how the pain feels like. Of course, the first week I felt really sore and my road to recovery also depended on my actions, but if you follow their given regimen, RELAX when their doing manual/instrumental care on you (youre going to make yourself feel very sore if you tense up), and meet up with them regularly, you will have spent good money. I wish I found out about the glories of chiro earlier, I am NEVER underestimating it again. However, some advice: this is done in an open table. As in, people can see what treatment is being done on you. But honestly, why should you care? People are there for the same reason, they are going through the same kinds of treatment you are going through, and you dont even have to do anything remotely embarrassing or revealing. Unless you dont want people to know you have limited movement because of spinal contortion, you shouldnt feel nervous or offended. Other than that, think twice about your symptoms. Your constant burping and heartburn can be caused by spinal contortion. Not sure? Find out and go over there.

After 30 years of suffering constant pain and 4 surgeries for Spinal Stenosis, a friend took me to see Dr. Clark of Silverdale. I has never been to a chiropractor before and was doubtful, because I has been told by my spine surgeons not to go to a chiropractor, But I was in so much pain that I was ready to try anything. Much to my surprise, after just one visit to Dr. Clark Chiropractic I saw an obvious improvement. My back pain was greatly reduced. I could hardly believe it! I walked very carefully for the next two days thinking I might do something to make the pain come back. But at the second visit not only had the major back pain NOT returned, but all the others pains in my neck, legs and hips also disappeared! What a wonderful feeling to be pain free again. I still wonder how that little machine could take away all that pain I had been suffering with all these years. Now after just a few short weeks, I can walk farther and stand longer that I has in 20 years. I also have more endurance. What a miracle I thought... I am still marveling at the fact that I can reach, bend and lift without pain. I am now doing things I had not been able to do in years. How I would love to tell those surgeons I have found a much better way to live than spending 12 weeks at a time recovering from their very expensive, invasive surgeries which only lasted a few weeks before the pain returned. Believe me, I am completely sold on Dr. Clarks chiropractic procedures that have given me a new lease on life. Sincerely, SR age 74.

I started coming to Clark Chiropractic earlier this year after reading other positive reviews and I am still very happy with them. Both Dr. Clark and Dr. Poole have not only helped with overall chiropractic care (and fixing things I didnt know could be fixed with chiropractic, like my TMJ), but they have also given me lots of useful advice and great exercises and stretches to FIX things. We have altered my care a few times to find what works best, so some areas use a manual adjustment while others use the activator. My daughter also had an injury and has bounced back very quickly with their targeted help. Their goal isnt to keep you coming in to line their pockets - their goal is to quickly get things behaving and allow you to reduce the frequency of your visits (and pain, obviously). This was definitely a relief after STILL getting pushy, nagging calls from my previous chiropractors office a year later. The office staff have been very helpful and friendly and keep their promises of following up when I ask questions that they have to check up on. Its pretty cool to walk into a business and have personal conversations with people who actually remember you, so I feel pretty much at home. These are all things I have rarely experienced in other businesses, especially for a place obviously so popular, so I am impressed!

I started seeing Dr. Clark last year. I had been experiencing chronic migraines (tunnel vision, dizziness, nausea, excruciating pain, confusion, the whole nine yards) up to five times a week for at least 9 months. I had fainting spells that led to emergency room visits and missing work. I saw multiple doctors and specialists, had all kinds of scans and tests done, and racked up a ton of hospital bills only to be told that there was nothing wrong with me. But when I visited this clinic, Dr. Clark listened to me. He BELIEVED me when I told him there was something wrong. After taking x-rays we discovered the root of all my symptoms was spinal misalignment and I cannot express how much of a relief it was to finally know what the problem was. I began coming to the clinic three times a week for adjustments and treatment. Dr. Clark was very accommodating in answering all of my questions and really getting to the bottom of my issues. Now, a year later, Im migraine free! I no longer live with chronic pain and I feel like I have my life back. The staff here has always been friendly and professional and I always feel welcome, like Im really being taken care of. I recommend this clinic to friends and strangers alike.
