I have taken my Dog to this vet since a puppy June 2015,-Aug 2016 I have seen both vets over the course of a year and half. I have received inconsistent care. Sometimes good sometimes left feeling like We inconvenienced the Dr. Many times felt like much was missing from the whole experience. Every time I was given a list of what they recommended with $$$ and I had to refuse the, over and above, just to get to what my pets issue truly was. Its upsell all the way. My pets records state she had pneumonia, which surprised me..it wasnt true. When I called to ask about the mistake, Dr K. told me she couldnt change the record as that would be fraudulent...my dog never had pneumonia!!! I am new to the area having moved away from my previous vet.. I miss greatly.. I wasnt sure were else to go. yesterday was the last straw. I was on a camp trip, called ahead to have my Dogs painful foot looked at when we arrived home on friday. A 530 pm appointment was scheduled. When we arrived, I was told there was no appointment. apparently the receptionist who booked me gave me the wrong day. Dr was consulted in the back room. My dog was in pain..however she did not even come out to see her. I was sent home because they were all done with appointments for the day and I should return the following day. what kind of care is that...not even a 5 min peek at my Dog. I drove 4 hrs to see this vet because the vets by the camp ground didnt take new patients. . today Im having a local vet call and retrieve all my Dog and cats records. Ive spent too much wasted time at Snohomish !Station animal Hospital. Im done with the attitude.... this is my Dog I will decide what treatment suggested is appropriate .. Im a good pet parent and being treated otherwise is unnacceptable. Customer service and realationship is important. I gave it enough time. The positive here +++++The groomer here is great lovely person did a nice job. The vet tech is a very lovely person.....

I love this clinic. Ive been taking my Australian Shepherd here since she was a little puppy. All the staff is extremely knowledgeable and you can call any time with questions! Aussies are notorious for being allergic to Ivermectin, and they knew that and have been on top of her care from the start. I never have to worry! They also always follow up my dogs shot appointments with calls to make sure she didnt have a reaction. This is also an emergency clinic, and it makes me happy that I can reach out and they would have our back, with her treatment chart in hand. Also, appointments are very easy to schedule same-day, which is honestly fantastic if you have a concern but not an emergency, because you know it will get taken care of asap. In terms of pricing and things, they always let you know the recommended treatment and the cost, as well as alternatives, answer all your questions, and let you decide before they do anything at all. The only improvement that I could see being made is a texting appointment reminder system, because even when they call Im still forgetful of times!

This place is a joke. My dog had a cut pad on her foot , took her up to get a few stitches... they told my wife it would be $ 657.34, of course we told them NO!! So we got out of there for $248.00 for a bandage ,some antibiotics and a cone. The high turn over of staff in the short time they have been open says it all. Every time I have been up there, it is a different vet. They must be teaching more marketing and sales than they are about animals in vet school these days. Their prices are ridiculous and they try to sell you on overpriced payment plans for a bunch of stuff your animal doesnt need. I can only assume the location must be high rent and too much knowledgeable competition. They try to survive by bending you over to make up for what they are lacking in volume. They might do well in Seattle or Bellevue catering to city folk and their Chihwawas and poodles but anybody that trys to sell me on a dental plan for my dogs and tells me I need to put booties on them when they go in the river probably not going to see me or my dogs again.

I took my 15 year old cat in to them yesterday. I had never been there before, but I wanted to give them a try. We were seen by Dr. Jennifer Koenig and she was amazing. My very grumpy and feisty cat was putty in her hands, I couldnt believe it. I warned her about my cat and I kept waiting for the catastrophe of flying talons and devil-face hissing, but it never came. Dr. Koening was thorough and worked very hard with me on the cost as I am unemployed at the moment. Everything that was necessary was done and everything that wasnt absolutely necessary were taken off to reduce the cost. Well cross that bridge if the antibiotics arent doing the job. Stephanie, the vet tech, was also amazing, as was the receptionist. I really cant say enough about the staff and wonderful care she received. I will be back for sure, but hopefully not soon. I highly recommend this animal hospital.

I dont recommend that anyone go to this vet. I have been taking my dog here for a few months. I chose this vet because it is very close to my residence. I have experienced outright rudeness from the receptionists/nurses. The receptionist/nurses are very unprofessional, and you can tell that arguing with them or their superiors will just give you a migraine. The receptionist/nurses across as a clinic that is more concerned with up selling than the actual well being of your pet. they reception/nurses also will make suggestions that dont coincide with what the vet himself recommends. Also they will take there time getting back to you. For instance, they will say " well give you the results in 2 hours". Then send an email within the next couple of days. I would highly recommended that you second guess everything this clinic suggest, do your research, and get a second opinion.

We have 5 tiny Yorkies, a Yoranian puppy, a geriatric mini schnauzer and a border collie mix. This veterinary practice specializes in making you feel part of the family and allows you to be involved in the care of your pet. No more packed full waiting rooms and having your pet taken to some back room to be given an exam or vaccines without you being present (unless that is your desire). I have never felt rushed. Any question I have regarding my pets and their care has been answered knowledgeably and if the answer is not known, care is taken to find out the answer before I leave. All staff members are caring and obviously animal lovers. The vets are the best! I highly recommend this practice to all my business associates, friends and family. I am so glad that my daughter told me about them!

All staff at Snohomish Station Animal Hospital have been extremely courteous, caring, knowledgeable, and accommodating. My experience is that my pets and us humans are very well taken care of. I appreciate that all staff take the time to get to know my pets personalities, making it a comfortable and trusting experience. The medical care is very thorough and I feel included in the process of treatment. The follow up care is also very appreciated. After visits, its great to get a follow-up phone call or email checking in on how my pet is doing. The level of customer service is outstanding. I have referred several of my family members to Snohomish Station Animal Hospital and they all love it!
