I called them to get help with adhd after searching the web for hours because their website said they had a whole team of associates to help and they told me they no longer have an associate to help me. I asked them if they could refer me to someone who could help and they just said "no"... Not to mention they put me on hold for 5 minutes just to tell me they couldnt help even though their website is plastered with adhd info as if they specialize in that area. Its completely falsely advertised and made me want to quit trying completely.
