Ive been seeing both a psychologist and psychiatrist here for nearly a year. Theyre both very down to earth, open to criticism, actually address my concerns, offer alternatives, and encourage me to say "No" for any reason. Which are things I have never had at other places, too many doctors (regardless of specialization) have the "my opinion is law" attitude and dismiss patient concerns or feedback, the 2 people I see are not like that at all. Im not discounting the other reviews, not every doctor will be reasonable and Ive had many horrible experiences with many doctors in 20+ years. But the company employs dozens of counselors in WA and OR so you can ask to see someone else and your records are shared within the company, as indicated by the HIPAA agreement you signed before you saw anyone, something that would otherwise be a huge headache when you go to many different private practices. The staff at the 2 locations I go to leave a lot to be desired however, theres very little focus on proper customer service so Im not sure what their hiring guidelines are, thankfully I dont have to interact with them at all because my counselors schedule everything and return my (non-emergency) calls within a reasonable amount of time.

This place is a scam. Not only did they over charge me when I first came in (the counselor even told me to get a refund) but they were $100 over most places. They also violated my HIPAA privacy when the counselor had NO consent to share my information but did so anyways. I brought it up with his supervisor who stated I was just "upset" over his recommendation. No, Im upset that this company doesnt practice within the laws appropriately and then continued to blame it on my emotions, what a joke. This company is horrible and if you want to keep your privacy..well... PRIVATE then I wouldnt ever ever ever recommend this place to you.

The counselor I saw likes to practice, what I call, lazy psychology. Instead of getting to the root of the issue and walking/pushing you through the process required to get better, he photocopied psyc books and kept asking me what I wanted to do to get better. (obviously I was there so he could tell me what I needed to do to get better) I AM NOT paying you 150 plus an hour so I can tell myself how to get better. Thats your job! And for someone with as bad of social anxiety as I have, just walking through the door to get help wads a big step for me. I felt taken advantage of there and I will not be back.

If you want to see someone to prescribe you some medicine you must see a counselor first and you must keep seeing a counselor at least once a month. Seems like a money making scheme to me. I went to a therapist they assigned me so I could get a referral to the person who prescribes medication. The counselor was so rude, insensitive and said inappropriate things that I reported him to the CEO who said they review complaints and will investigate and take action. I am also reporting the counselor I saw to the licensing board.

What a scam. We took our 8 year old here and they told us our insurance was fine and after 3 appointments they told us that they didnt accept our insurance and we had to pay for the last 3 sections. Total scam!

I was hoping they could help my out of control teen, but she managed to outsmart these people and things only got worse.
