I Highly recommend the Smile Dental team! I love Bright Smile Dental Tacoma! The people who worked there were just really sweet and willing to answer my questions whenever I called also they have very good atmosphere. Dr.You is amazing she always took care of me really really well and did wonderful treatment. I feel like I’m new born after treatment ! I’m so happy that I found real good doctor :) Thank you so much for all your work !! 미국 와서 종합적인 첫검사는 다른 병원에서 받았는데 나중에 이곳을 알게되어서 이것저것 궁금한게 많아서 전화를 많이했는데 항상 친절하게 제 마음을 이해해주셔서 가게 되었어요. 그리고 유 의사선생님 직접 만나뵙고 여기서 검사를 두번 하더라도 (전 병원에서 이미 했기때문에) 치료를 하기로 결심했어요. 엑스레이도 자세하게 찍어주셔서 전 병원에선 못 본것도 찾아서 봐주시고 치료도 꼼꼼하게 정말 잘해주셨어요! 제가 질문도 많았는데 항상 잘 들어주시고 치료도 잘해주셔서 정말 마음 편하게 치료 받았어요! 분위기도 정말 좋고 일하시는 분들도 너무 좋으셔서 정말 추천하고 싶은 치과 입니다! 유선생님 감사합니다 :)

Their cancelation policy is unrealistic and just another way for them to make more money. Im a single hard working parent of 4 children, Im not going to pay $25 every time I need to cancel an appointment later than 48 hours before my appointment because I put my children first or an emergency comes up. Not to mention, it seems like their staffs skill level is a little out of their league, I had a filling done here, but it wasnt completely filled. After requesting them to fix it before I left the appointment because I had a "gob" of the tooth colored cement showing through the space in between my teeth but I could still see the hole where she drilled, now I have a tooth that is completely exposed because the hygienist pretty much took all the filling back out trying to fix it. As much as I need to go to the dentist, this place is waste of time.

This office was being managed by associated doctor but now the owner doctor is back treating patients. Dr. Yang is great that he really cares about his patients and listen to all the concerns patients have and give best advice possible. He has other office in Lakewood called Lakewood smile dental. I will be going to this location since its closer to my house. Thanks Dr. Yang for my best dental care!

Theyre so comforting. Im always really afraid of dental visits but the Dentist lady was very nice and walked me through what shes was doing...made my visit less scary and stressful! The reception girl was very helpful as well very open-hearted! Id defiantly come back for crowns! Cause every lady needsaid a crown!

Bright Smile Dental in Tacoma,WA has the best staff Ive ever met out of all the dentist. Super friendly. The dentists make you feel comfortable for drilling and anesthesia process. And they provide you with a specially ordered toothbrush that is super soft. 3D white toothpaste and floss. Its like Christmas. ❤️️❤️️

They have updated the office area and opened a second location in Lakewood. Our family has been service here by the friendly staff for many years. We do miss the last crew. I just wish they were open on Saturdays....but their NOT.
