I found Dr. Jones and Advanced Dental Medicine about ten years ago during what else, a dental emergency. My dentist was out for a four day weekend, and I was crazy with pain. A friend took pity on me and there I was getting immediate attention to the pain and prepared for an appointment on Monday. Then he took a full set of x-rays and the time to explain to me what was going on in my mouth! Since I was only two years in US it wasnt that easy, dental terminology and insurance wasnt on top of my list, but he took the time to explain every detail and come up with a plan that worked for me. When I was done I was able to treat myself with a deep cleaning and whitening from this oh so funny hygienist (also careful and gentle but her sense of humor! oh my) that was covered from a generous discount the Doctor gave to me. My teeth are not the big white chiclets the stars have, although Dr. Jones said in a recent check up after I got a new series of x-rays with a brand new panoramic camera that I only have to put my mind on it and he can do it, still I have a bright pearly white smile and I am so happy with it. See, I like to laugh and I do not like to hide my smile behind my hands. For now I am happy with my sleep apnea study, he gave me a home kit to confirm his suspicions, and since I was grinding my teeth he arranged for me to get a custom made mouth guard. I am happy with the care, the friendly environment, and all the accommodations that I received in this family dental clinic. Thank you Dr. Jones, I trust you with my familys dental health.

I have been seeing Dr. Duane Jones for my dental care since the early 90s for both myself and my family (2 kids that grew up seeing him!). The staff is always friendly and professional -- a small business, "family like" atmosphere. Dr. Jones and his staff stay up-to-date with the latest treatment and preventative care approaches, and the latest equipment to carry them out with the least discomfort to the patient as possible (which is usually none). Basic dental treatment is focused on preventative maintenance -- keeping your mouth, and the teeth you were born-with, as-is and healthy for as long as possible. Youll never be suggested a treatment that you dont need or "might" need. The focus and approach has always been conservative (no needless "up sell" of any service or treatment that unfortunately we are starting to see in the dental/medical field these days). If/when the time comes for significant treatment of any issue, you can be rest assured that it is the correct action to take at the right time. Three cheers to Dr. Jones and the whole "Advanced Dental Medicine" team, (Amanda, Donna, Tammy etc.) !

Being a specialist in chiropractic craniopathy and TMJ / TMD, I find that there are patients whos conditions are more chronic and need specific dental care along with chiropractic cranial work to correct more long term occlusal and TMJ imbalances. Without this care, the cranial and jaw joint work I do would only provide temporary correction in these cases. Since the skull houses the brain, and the jaw joint (TMJ) has a direct influence on cranial sutural movement, ad well as a great deal of nerve input into the brain, imbalances in this area can affect ANY other part of the body. Dr. Jones and his staff are the only ones in the south Puget Sound area (at least from Renton as far down as Olympia to my knowledge) that are qualified to do this work. Im giving them 4 stars because I really like Dr Jones and I felt comfortable with the staff and they did a good job. However I wanted to love this place and finally have a good dentist for my family but after having my tooth extracted Ive been in immense pain. Its been over a week and it doesnt feel any better. I cant smile or talk or eat without being in intense pain and I cant sleep from it. They prescribed an anti inflammatory even though Im not swollen and it didnt help me at all, they called to check and see how I felt and I told them its not any better. Then they said theyd have dr call me back about what I can do to fix it and I was never called back so I left a voice mail with the phone number provided on the answering machine and still never heard back. So now theyre closed for the weekend and I have to continue to be in misery.

Ive had some rather harrowing experiences at previous dental offices. This past year, I had to go to a dentist. I searched the internet, obtained some references and visited/interviewed several dentists. I chose the Center for Advanced Dental Medicine due to the very warm and welcoming atmosphere and the time they took to patiently answer all of my questions. The work that was done took 2 days and both days I felt very relaxed and confident in the abilities of the technicians, receptionists and the dentist. I had such a positive experience, my husband even decided to have some work done here. I would highly recommend Dr. Jones for any and all dental needs.

DR JONES IS ABOUT THE BEST DENTIST I HAVE EVER VISITED. I STARTED GOING TO HIS OFFICE MORE THAN 5 YEARS AGO WHERE HE DID SEVERAL THINGS TO FIX MY TEETH. I NOW LIVE ABOUT 100 MILES FROM HIS OFFICE, BUT DID NOT HESITATE TO MAKE THE TRIP FOR DR JONES TO FIX THAT ONE TOOTH THAT WOULD HAVE COST ME OVER $ 3,100 AT ANOTHER DENTAL OFFICE ,AND DR JONES FIXED MY TOOTH FOR $ 235.00 , NEEDLESS TO SAY THE LONGER DRIVE AND THE GREAT SERVICE I RECEIVED THERE IS WHY I GIVE DR JONES A PERFECT 10 KINDLY HANNE HOJSTED

I am very happy with the dental care that I received at the Center for Advance Dental Medicine. Dr. Jones and his staff are meticulous, professional, friendly and very supportive. The office has state of the art equipment. Having worked in the dental field for many years I am very discerning and I would recommend Dr. Jones and The Center for Advanced Dental Medicine to anyone, and was definitely worthy of the 1 hour commute each way for me.

My entire family has been going to Dr. Jones for over a decade and hope he never retires! We love him and his entire staff (with a special shout out to Amanda and Kristy!)! I have had dentists in the past who seem bent on giving root canals every time I went in for a cleaning - not Dr. Jones. He will NOT perform any unnecessary procedures and truly cares about not only your teeth, but your overall health!
