Dr Norooz and his staff are amazing! I cant say enough good things about them and I have been going to this clinic for over 8 years. I trust him to care for me and my family. The level of customer service provider by Dr Norooz and his staff is rare. Making appointments has always been easy and the quality, safety, and efficiency of their care have always been outstanding. Dr Norooz is capable of caring for problems that range from minor to very complex and he is skilled and willing to provide sedation when needed or requested. He recently helped care for my aging father who has severe dementia and required a lot of dental work. It required considerable knowledge and patience to care for him and it was handled beautifully. I am certain that it would have been hard to find another dentist who would have been able and willing to provide the care that my father needed. Last, but certainly not least, Dr Norooz is a very kind man who is genuinely interested in understanding his patients and how they are doing. He and his team at One Stop Dentistry are the complete package and I would highly encourage anyone to try them.

Dr. Mostafa is a excellent dentist. He and his staff are very professional, and the dental care you recieve in his his office is top rate. The very best. I have extreme anxiety and fear when going to the dentist and I say that not lightly. Dr. Mostafa puts you at ease and takes great care of you while your recieving treatment. You feel nothing while getting dental treatment in his office. You go home and sleep after treatment and wake up with all the dental work done. He has completed two office visits so far. And the type of dental work I have had completed at just two of these visits would have required at least ten or twelve visits to a dentist who does not provide sedation. I must also mention my mouth is not sore the next day, and the work he performs on your teeth is top notch! He is the artist of great dentistry. I am so very greatful to have found Dr. Mostafa and his team. Hats off to you! He is the best dentist in Pierce County in my book! How to rate this? I typically do not post negative reviews but felt need to after yet another unsatisfactory incident today with Denise/the billing dept for Dr Norooz. The actual dental work performed by Dr Norooz 10 month ago(!) was very satisfactory and we had planned on keeping Dr Norooz for all further dental care. Let me just say "the billing dept" could stand a good lesson in appropriate billing procedure. Her discrepancy is to a degree that our insurance company will be contacting her directly to offer guidance and hopefully resolution. I noted a similar comment from another reviewer so have a feeling our issue may not be an uncommon occurrence. Word of mouth is the most powerful form of advertising. I hope if Dr Norooz sees this review, he will contact us for our side of the story as I doubt he is aware. We have unfortunately left Dr Norooz services to avoid further issue. I wish him success as his accomplishments are admirable.

My experience with dentist wasnt very favorable,then I met Dr Nooroz and his staff. I was always taken care of and I being fearful of needles and just the sounds that surrounded the treatments, I was always reassured that itll be okay. Dr Nooroz and his staff always explained everything prior to a procedure and was not evasive or demanding. My 2 yr treatment plan was awesome. If missed an appointment they made sure to check with me and reschedule. If I went beyond my scheduled adjustment for my braces, Dr Nooroz definitely made sure I new the importance of keeping those adjustment appointments to ensure the success of my treatment plan. I would recommend this Dentist to anyone in a heartbeat.

Due to some embarrassing and painfull experiences with past dentists, I hadnt been to a dentist in over 20 years. After spending an hour or so, pacing around his office, I knew that I could trust him. And me not being a very trusting person, especially with dentists, was extremely important to me. Ive now been back to see him and his amazing office staff every time I need something done. Theres really not enough room to type, or time in the day to tell you how much I love that guy. (He gets a hug every time I come out of anaesthesia.) Its both his dentistry work and his sincerity that will keep me going back.

DR. Norooz and his staff has taken Dentistry to another level. As a 30 year military veteran , I had a lot of stay ready to go to war work done on my teeth. Dr. Norooz has completely did a remake on my dental work and I cant stop smiling . I have never met a staff that take so much pride in making their patients happy. One stop is my only stop and first stop for Dentistry. Never have I seen such care for patients, compassion and dedication toward Dentistry. Dr. Norooz and his staff seem to strive off of difficult cases. As a 30 year Army veteran, I trust my family care to One stop. It is our one stop and last stop for Dentistry and will be yours too. Dr. Norooz is by far my favorite Dentist I have ever hired. I was a customer of his for many, many years. I was very disappointed to have to seek care from another dentist in Tacoma. I am not going to bash Denise in this review. But, I feel it is very important to mention that I chose to seek care elsewhere after my last interaction with her. She made me feel very, very uncomfortable. I wish the good doctor all the best.

Its hard to say one "enjoys" going to a dentist. :-) Still, as it is a necessity of life, we go. I really like all the staff and Dr. Norooz as well. The dental work is top notch. And the whole atmosphere of the office is kind of homey. You feel like the people who work there enjoy each other and their work, and they make you feel welcome. I had a tooth pulled and an implant. I couldnt be more satisfied.

No more fear. Dr Norooz along with his magnificent staff are so kind. Everyone in his office seemed to pay close attention to me and above all my needs. I had 1 tooth extraction and for the first time ever was talked through it while awake. Never in my wildest did i think i could do it without being knocked out cold. Thank you, Denise

Dr. Nooroz and his staff are the best in the field. I have never had a better, more caring, or comfortable visit to the dentist. His team is amazing! They cured my daughters fear of dentists with kindness and care. I would recommend them without reservation!
