I was Lee Family Dental for a couple years everything was great. Then one day, without notification to me, my insurance stopped covering my dental. I showed up for my regular teeth cleaning and was checked in like normal. When I finished my appointment instead as of owing them the usual amount of about $50 they told me I owed them $228. Im a college student paying my own way and this was terrible news. I was dumbstruck and explained there was no way in hell I would have gotten my cleaning if I knew that it would cost almost 5 times as much. They should have notified me that insurance wasnt going to cover my appointment when I checked in, especially since I had been going there for years with the same insurance and it always covered me before. Nonetheless they took no measures to help me simply said they were sorry and proceeded to send my balance to collections when I struggled to pay it.

Amazing! I have 3 kids, my youngest has ADHD and my oldest is high functioning but in the spectrum as well as having ADHD. Lo Family is patient and understanding. I have always felt like family there. I recommend them to anyone and everyone I see or hear is looking for an amazing dentist. I also go there with my children and let me tell you Im AFRAID of the dentist but they make me feel comfortable and I couldnt imagine ever using another dentist. Five stars Lo Family!!!

Lo Family dental is the best dental office I have been to. They take into consideration if you are anxious and they have never recommended a service that was unnecessary. My daughter loves the tokens for the prize machines and collecting dollars for the gift cards. They are compassionate and friendly. They have gotten me in immediately for a dental emergency and their appointments are easy to schedule.

I have 2 daughters and they always enjoy coming here. We love that theyve grown up with this as their dentist. It just feels good coming here and the staff is always friendly and so welcoming. Its such a great group of people here and I can feel that they genuinely want to help us and give the best care. Me and my husband are patients here also and have always had a positive experience. We had a wonderful appointment with Dr Lo when he needed to fill a cavity my son had. Gentle, painless and professional. The assistant was very kind and supportive. Also we love Tami, the dental hygienist who works with Matthew. She is sweet, funny and does excellent work. Overall every visit to Lo Family Dental has been great.

Awesome staff! Flexible scheduling,. They make you feel like your part of their family when you arrive! Your problem is their problem and they always take care of you quickly. Very punctual schedule, you arent sitting in the waiting room very long at all.
