Dr. Lam = best dentist ever. I actually look forward to going to the dentist because its always a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly and efficient. The environment is clean and professional. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Dr. Lam always takes extra time to answer any questions that I might have and explains his answers in terms I understand. I will keep going to Dr. Lam as long as I have teeth in my head - after that I will still stop by to say hi once and awhile.

After moving quite a bit and switching insurance many times, Im so happy that I finally found Nappy! He was referred to me by a friend and I am very grateful. The staff is friendly, and Nappy is very personable and doesnt push any products or procedures that I dont need. T.V. on the ceiling helps pass the time as well. Id definitely reccommend them to anyone looking for a capable dentist.

Ive been to 7 dentists in the Portland area and my experience at Dr. Lams office was by far the best. He is compassionate and efficient - a great combo in a dentist. Everyone at the office is down-to-earth, caring and thorough. Im so glad I no longer will feel like I should try someone new, I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I was referred here by my girlfriend and it so happens this is one of the best dentists Ive been to.. Everyone here is professional, friendly and honest. Dr. Lam doesnt try to convince you that you need work done that you dont actually need! (Unlike other dentists Ive been to)
