Nothing Gentle about this Dental office. Terrible service to my 90 year old grandmother. Streched her face as they sedated her so severely it bruised and left permanent damage to her sensitive skin. Then to top it off left her with terrible work that she had to go get refitted at another dentist because they refused to fix there awful work. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They charged her knowing she was on a fit income and shunned her when she complained. Very disgusting staff and dentist running this business. Shame on you...

So I had insurance this past Saturday and the lady at the front desk told me she could not verify the insurance and did not even let me pay out of my own pocket and then bill my insurance since i went with a different company yesterday was my last day to have my old insurance and because of their mistake they wont even give me half off any of my future appointment i have with them this month...management does not care about customer service and does not like to help customers out at all!! Really sad to see how this organization operates

Terrible service. Asked for a call back over a mistake on their end and didnt get one even a week after trying. After one week I finally got the person on the line and was told I was making my request too late. When I said I had been calling and leaving messages and had no calls back she said she would look into it and call me back. Unbelievable!!! So frustrating

I came to this clinic because my clinic in Lakewood said closed and I was in a lot pain. Well I have to say that as soon as I met the staff here and the dentist I switched to this location. I have to drive a little further but it is well worth it.
