Every time I have made an appointment, I show up on time and yet it is first come first serve. What is the point of having an appointment? My day is completely detailed when the wait is way past my appointment time. Not to mention the older receptionist shamed me in front of a full waiting room about my payments and how my Insurance is going to be mad at me. I love Dr. Bill but this environment is toxic.

Dr bill is very personal and takes good care of his patients. His care is the best Ive ever experienced. He doesnt use excessive force but has it if need Im 6ft 3 and 230lbs. Id recommend to all my family and friends
