Before I started coming to Dr. Simmonds I had severe, chronic pain in my lower back, shoulders and neck. Trying to walk down stairs was excruciating and very slow. While trying to type, my hands and wrists would go numb with the painful "pins and needles" feeling shooting through. Trying to sit or stand still for more than a few short minutes, an ache would start up in my lower back and would continue to escalate making it miserable to try to endure. By nightfall the aching was so bad I tossed and turned for hours trying to fall asleep, resorting to taking a sleep aid to try to get some rest. Dr. Simmonds took X-rays and pinpointed where my problems were. With his expertise, X-rays and a small meter called a nervoscope, he locates exactly where I need the adjustments. He has a very gentle, relaxing way of getting the spine aligned and he has made a difference in my life that is nothing short of amazing. Now, I can trot on down the stairs like a young person! The "pins and needles" feeling in my hands are completely gone. The aching has been greatly reduced and I am sleeping well with out sleep aids. What a game changer this has been for my life. Dr. Simmonds is extremely caring and compassionate. He has a happy and upbeat personality so it is always fun to come in for an adjustment. I highly recommend Dr. Casy Simmonds in Silverdale

I began having pain in my chest when I breathed! So painful and scary! I went to the emergency room and after several hours of tests and heavy pain killer, they determined that it wasnt life threatening and sent me home...with no determination of what was wrong! I visited Dr. Simmonds and he told me what he thought was wrong (that coughing with my cold had displaced a rib that was scratching on my lung when I breathed) and adjusted the rib by my lungs, which relieved my pain. I went to Instacare and they diagnosed exactly what Dr. Simmonds had said, and gave me anti-inflammatories. The pain would return and Dr. Simmonds would adjust that rib again, which brought relief of my pain. On the third adjustment, the rib finally stayed in place and the pain was gone permanently! I cant say enough how grateful I was for Dr. Simmonds help! I was impressed with his quick diagnosis and spot-on adjustment! Thanks Dr. Simmonds!

After several x-rays and doctor visits and even visiting a the childrens orthopedic specialist for my daughters foot we where getting no where. Not one of them had any explanation as to why my daughters ankle was hurting and as to why she walked with her one foot turned in. It was beyond frustrating as a parent to see my child in pain and not able to run around and be child. Thats when I took her to see Dr. Simmonds, and with a couple more x-rays he was able to determine what was exactly wrong with her. Ten more visits later my daughter is pain free and is walking normal. Her entire attitude has changed, she is happy, more confident, and can keep up with other children. I wish we would have considered chiropractic care as our first option instead of it being our last resort. Dr. Simmonds is great with children and very knowledgeable and would recommend him to anyone.

My son had been suffering from leg pain for almost a year. Through a different set of issues he saw our general care physician, an orthopedic surgeon, and many other doctors. We asked each doctor about his leg and each one brushed it off as growing pains. After my son woke up crying in pain for the 2nd night in a row we came to see Dr. Simmonds, he was able to figure out the problem was with his hips effecting his legs. He was able to correct the problem. My son has also had bowel problems his whole life. I never mentioned it, Dr. Siommonds could tell just from the X ray and was able make adjustments that in turn corrected his bowel issues. I highly recommend Dr. Simmonds, 6 months from our first visit he has now helped my 6 month old daughter with bowl movement issues, my sister in law with back pain, and me with hand pain.

I have had pain in my right hip and left knee since I hurt my knees in high school, about 10 years! I have dealt with the pain by keeping Ibuprofen in my purse, and my car, along with instant ice packs for relief. There was some days that after a lot of activity on my feet my knee would swell and I couldnt put any weight on it without my giant brace. I hated it and was told by previous doctors that my only option was surgery. I went to Dr. Simmonds with a friend who was seeing him for adjustments. I was curious and asked him a few questions. He adjusted my leg on October 5 2016. I have not felt any pain in my leg or hip since my adjustment. I had forgotten what it was like to be pain free. I would recommend Dr. Simmonds to anyone who has lived with any sort of pain! Its worth it!!

Dr. Simmonds has been treating my lower back and leg pain for a little over 3 months now. When I first came in to see him, I have had miserable pain for a couple years. In just the first visit Ive notice a huge reduction in pain. Dr Simmonds, is a very caring person and you can tell just by his energy and attitude that he genuinely wants the best for his patients. He is easy to work with and his clinic is walk-in so its very convenient and easy to work around with day to day schedule. I will say that Chiropractic has saved my life and given me a new hope to be able to live my life like I used to before my Illness. Thank you Dr. Simmonds and your staff.

I saw Dr. Casey for all of my third trimester of my second pregnancy & cannot recommend him enough. I started seeing him for round ligament pain and some upper back pain, within the first 4 appointments my pain was gone, it was amazing and such a relief! I saw him every week until I delivered and my delivery was AMAZING. My first delivery I pushed for almost 2 hours. With Dr. Caseys help aligning my body, I pushed for 6 minutes during my second delivery - it was INCREDIBLE! And I was induced (by choice) so to have such an easy delivery was so amazing and I give Dr. Casey all the credit for the easy pushing! Cant recommend his prenatal plan enough!!!

Dr. Simmonds is an amazing chiropractor! I started seeing him at the beginning of my 3rd trimester. I was nervous since it was my 1st time getting adjusted, but he was very thorough and addressed the concerns I had. I was having trouble sleeping before my adjustment and afterwards I couldnt believe how much sleep I was getting. My lower back pain has basically been non-existent and he even helps with round ligament pain! Seeing Dr. Simmonds for my prenatal chiropractic care has been the best decision ever.

Dr. Simmonds has changed our sons life. My 4 year old son suffers from chronic constipation. He has seen a specialist, and for the last year 1/2, the solution has been to take Miralax every day to every other day. Since Dr. Simmonds started adjusting him for constipation, (nearly 3 months ago) he has not had a dose of Miralax. This is huge for him! I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Simmonds. We highly recommend him for the entire family.
