Dr. Rathbone and his staff are very professional, courteous, and skilled. Several years ago I had a significant Sports related injury that affected my lower back. I was very leery of chiropractors, and only went as a last resort. Thankfully I was referred to Dr. Rathbone. He insisted x-raying me on our initial visit and pinpointed the problem immediately. He set up a plan and only performed adjustments as necessary, and after a few weeks, I was able to be active again Due to this injury, I have some chronic lower back issues, including times where it "slips" out of place. When my back is out, it is excruciating pain and my mobility significantly affected. Each time this happens, I visit Dr. Rathbone, and he is able to get things back in place. I appreciate that Dr. Rathbone doesnt try to get me to commit to ongoing adjustments. He has great recommendations and we operate on an as needed basis. They also offer massage services. Again, the staff was very professional and effective. Without hesitation, I always recommend people to Dr. Rathbone whenever I hear they are struggling with back problems. I would certainly recommend you try him as well.

Dr. Rathbone did in one adjustment what several doctors and another chiro could not do in over 3 years: finally loosen up my stuck SI joint. I went to him because he is the kind of guy who wants his patients to have a plan about what their treatment will be. He did the first adjustment, and I could tell immediately that it worked. I still have inflammation and soreness and weakness in my lower back, but not the stabbing nerve pain every time I twist or bend. Our plan for me is a few more adjustments, then exercises for strengthening, and then taper off adjustments. He himself is not happy with chiros who just do adjustment after adjustment for the rest of your life. He took standing xrays, and showed me some things no one else ever told me about my spine/SI joint--curvatures, etc. We looked at models of the SI joint so I would completely understand what he was planning. I am completely thrilled to have found him--and it is all thanks to the previous reviews here on this site! I cannot say enough good things about him It is a nice office, w/ very nice staff, right off TV Hwy.

I have been to a few chiropractic clinics over the year and I will have to say he is one of the best. He is very good at what he does and has a great personality and easy to talk to. He is excellent if you have upper neck (atlas) issues and has helped me a lot with my back issues over the last few years. His office is very nice and their services are excellent. They also offer massage and they are great as well .

Besides being exceptionally nice, he will fit you in to his tight schedule to accommodate patient needs. His staff is also very nice. His office is located on the west side of Beaverton, south of TV Hwy.
