This office is excellent! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU CHOOSE THIS OFFICE! The staff are compassionate. Paul greets you and is genuinely interested in finding out about you and sharing about himself! I talked with him for the majority of time before my appointment. I have always had the experience of sit and wait. Talking with Paul made me feel welcome and comfortable. The great service continued when I was being assessed/treated. The dental hygenist was kind with instructions and also shared personal stories! Dr. Calderon also shared personal stories! She gave me a recommendation to an orthodontist for braces work and made sure to include that she sent HER OWN KIDS to this practicioner. I hope you are seeing a trend in this review. I feel everyone at the office wanted to make a personal connection with me and have me know them as a person rather than just perform a service for me and move on to the next. I have never had a medical experience like this and I am so excited to know these are the people that will help me with my oral health needs. I saw another review on another website of this office before I wrote my review, and I would like to say, the person who wrote that review did not go to the office to receive treatment. Any reviews I read by people who had gone into the office and received treatment were GREAT. Honestly, I think this is the only review you need. Make the call and schedule your appointment at the office right away!

I hadnt been to the dentist for eight years due to a very traumatic experience with losing my hearing in one ear after repeated use of antibiotics for dental premedication at a local dental group. In that time a premolar went from bad to worse. I found myself forced to look for a dentist in Vancouver. Also, in that time many more dentists offer mercury free dentistry. I liked that Dr. Calderones office is also fluoride free. So, I rather apprehensively made an appt. I was and am so relieved that Dr. Calderon has the same values as I do. She does not use drugs unless they are needed and when I told her I was using garlic to relieve pain and infection until the tooth was treated she advised me to keep doing that until my next appt. She and her husband Paul are very friendly and open minded in a smart, thinking way! So, I have had four teeth done with one left to go. My youngest adult son has had FIVE mercury fillings out with Dr. Calderon. He thinks the world of her and her abilities! He is now mercury FREE :-) Dr. Calderon is pretty darn quick when she does work in your mouth. She is just very good at dentistry. All four teeth I have had done by her have a sort of seamless look and feel. After all I have been through at the hands of mediocre to bad dentists finding Monica Calderon is a huge relief! Shes very both compassionate and competent. We, my youngest son and I, are very grateful! We finally have a family dentist for real :-)

Wow. After becoming clients at this office my child was seen 3x. Iv paid cash for all our visits. We moved from Florida and had an amazing Holistic dentist there so hopes where high when we found one here. My daughter came home today from school 3on and let me know she had an assembly tomorrow during her set appointment time. I immediately called the office to let them know so they can let someone have the time and I was very apologetic. The Drs. Husband was so rude! Saying he must work till midnight now to fill that spot and he wont be rescheduling my daughter. I asked very politely if this means we cant be patients there any longer? He said I was blowing it out of proportion. WOW! He literally just told me he wasmt going to reschedule us. Iv never been so offended in my life! I also want to add that my daughter was cut in the lip while having teeth work done. I never said anything as I figured accidents happen. Even though iv never had something like that from our last holistic dentist. Also, Waiting 30+ minutes past an appt. time was doable every time if the service was great. Im so sad to have been treated like a criminal for needing to change for my childs school scedual. In absolute disbelief, dont recommend.

Dr. Calderon is the BEST dentist I have ever been to! I feel like I walked into her practice as a patient and walked out as part of her family! I am VERY dental phobic and yet she gave me the dignity to work at my pace. She was so calming and effective that I completely forgot I was there to get a crown, before I knew it she was done, I could not believe it! She even remembered me a month later when I was shopping on Costco and took the time to come over and ask me how my crown was doing! I have never had a dentist who has said hello to me outside of their office! I am so happy I found Calderon Family Dentistry! Dr. Calderon truly LOVES what she does, she cannot fake that kind of passion!

Great Dentist!!, Dr Calderon is the BEST you can find in Vancouver, we referred some friends and we got the same feedback, they were very positively impressed and now are her patients as well. My wife and all my kids are so happy to have her as our dentist.
