I suffered with headaches for years and had been through a plethora of doctors who couldnt seem to diagnose or relieve my symptoms. My last doctor even put me on blood thinners in hopes it would relieve pressure to my head,but instead caused me to feel faint whenever I went from sitting to standing.Id had enough, and as a last resort I decided to try a chiropractor recommended by my husbands co-worker. (unfortunately I was naive enough to believe the common misconception about chiropractic care!) That was almost 10 years ago, and Im still seeing DR Youngblood!, He has not only dramatically reduced my headaches, WITHOUT DRUGS he has also helped me maintain my overall health and wellbeing for all these years. Needless to say he treats my whole family. Both my kids are athletes, and Dr Youngblood has managed to keep my daughter (who is a year round competitive swimmer) free from any overuse injuries that seem to plague the majority of her teammates. He also diagnosed my soccer playing sons "flat feet" which went undiagnosed by his doctor and was causing him knee and ankle problems. My son was also diagnosed with asthma, but after regular adjustments it has all but disappeared. "Docs compassion and concern for our well being makes him the first person we go to for illness or injury, and a valued and beloved part of our lives.

Our son was less than a year old and was cycling through ear infections, bronchiolitis, viral rashes, etc which we would treat with antibiotics and then wed have to treat him with an antifungal medication for the yeast rashes and infections he would get. All would be clear in time to start with another virus. We needed a different option and a friend referred us to "Doc." He is great with the kiddos. Such a family oriented establishment complete with play area. Slowly, our whole family have become patients of "Docs." Our baby is a big boy now and happily (most days) hops up on the kid table to get his adjustment. Our boys look forward to getting their "popcorn pops" in their necks - doesnt hurt that there is a cookie factory next door. As parents, we look forward to getting some relief in the areas of our backs where we hold tension and stress starting with heating pads, followed by the trigger point massage from Ross and finishing up with an adjustment from "Doc."

Dr. Youngblood and his staff have been nothing but wonderful in treating my family and I. My three children, husband and myself all go to Dr. Youngblood regularly, whether it be for maintaining a pain free back, neck, leg...etc...or so he can treat an urgent painful area. He has always made time for urgent matters and is very gentle when dealing with something that is painful. Dr. Youngblood also treats my teenage son for symptoms of ADD and his treatments help tremendously. Ross, the massage therapist is wonderful as well and it is very worth the small fee to have a trigger point massage before getting adjusted by Dr. Youngblood. They are a terrific team at Family Chiropractic at Salmon Creek and I highly recommend trying them out!
